Strike hard, first and fast!
My teen daughters and I recently watched Cobra Kai on Netflix and I surprised them with these training pads, they got a kick out if it, pun intended. I taught them how to throw a proper punch and they went to town on the pads; and thankfully the pads did their job as they roughed me up, laugh. Nice low cost training equipment. Recommended. (j4.)

Small but good for kids
Nice and good quality, but only fit small hands, the strap is big but the pouch your hand fits in is small and you have to cram your hand in. Great for kids
