Crab Robotic Pool Cleaner climbs Walls, autonomously Cleaning Pools up to 1640 Square feet, Ideal for Both Walls and Floors.

I have used this pool robot 6 times already and it does the job. Nice to have selections to do floor, wall or both. It even talks to you too. My Aiper doesn’t do that.I bought it cause of great YouTube reviews and its price. For $299 I just had to try it for myself. It goes up my pool walls and floor slopes with no problem. Hasn’t gotten stuck on raised floor drain yet. Goes up and down stair without any problems. My Aiper gets hung up on stairs and floor drain cover.Make sure charging prongs are covered with its rubber prong plug attached before putting unit in pool. Just to keep water off of them. After you pull the robot out of the water. It will throw out water and it knows you pulled it out of the water as it will stop moving. Hold down the on button for a second or 2 and it will say goodbye.Rinse completely with clean hose water to get pool chemicals off of it. Rinse out the basket. Dry the charging prongs with a couple cotton swabs. I let it sit for a a few hours before plugging in the charging cord. The above mentioned is how I preserve my robot or any robot I have had.I recommend this product.Customer service isn’t that great but you can reach someone by phone after a few tries.

So disappointed. I bought this because it’s supposed to be able to strategically clean the bottom of the pool and not drive around all willy-nilly like my old one.. I also like the feature that it could clean the walls as well, but that is certainly not necessary. I do have an above ground pool and I made sure that this is supposed to work for that.So far I used it once and it had no rhyme or reason to anywhere that it went. It’s not mapping anything. it goes up the walls on an angle… it tried to climb the ladder. It would never get the pool clean before the battery dies. I pulled it out early to save myself the headache.Lastly, I told it in the app to only clean the floor and not the walls and clearly it doesn’t listen. I tried to update the firmware multiple times as well, and it doesn’t seem to do anything. The app seems worse than the robot itself.I would very much like a feature to tell it to map the pool similar to an indoor vacuum robot that you would have in your house. My pool even has a grid pattern on the floor so it should be very easy to track. I’m very concerned that I spent this much money on this, and it’s worse than the last one I had. I don’t know if I can return it because I did not keep the box.

This thing works great. Which I was hoping for. How long will things like the drive system, battery, and debris basket last? For now I am very pleased .

This thing is fantastic it climbs the stars the walls picks up everything tiny bits of sand my inground goes from 3' to 6' it has no problem going up the ramp.No more hoses for me it is a little heavy but for what it does I'll take it. Great product.

Cleaner working ok, but you cannot update firmware, hence its require newest ios or android. If you will not get a new phone system is USELESS.

Great product and actually does what it is designed for. All the YouTube research was worth the purchase. Although some competitors say it lacks picking up leave, I bet the differ. If it stop after full charge, take it out and secure the charge cover trust me. Otherwise I have no issues.

Product scatters everything on the bottom of the pool

The media could not be loaded.  Its not terrible but the picture shows it travelling in an efficient pattern. The one I bought just roams my in ground pool randomly resulting in missed spots. Only manages to clean about 50% of the walls. Might have to brush the walls, let the dust settle then use this robot. Does a good job getting leaves and other debris off the bottom. Has a talking function that I find annoying and apparently can't be turned off.
