Not what I expected from a "certified refurbished" description. It was more like "certified USED refurbished." Worked fine and no problems functionally, but the sides and bottom of the unit showed significant signs of usage and wear and tear. Refurbishment--to me--means like new or as good as new. This unit looked far more used than refurbished.

Webcam does not work. Have tried everything, but nothing. Battery life is very short; not more than a few hours tops when fully charged. Next time I will not waste my time on a refurbished laptop.

I bought and shipped this as a gift. I choose this based on our IT department's suggestion. I just received the computer back from my son. The delay is that we are in different states. The computer was used very little as it was purchased for my adult son for work who is in supervision. I only explain this so you know that the computer was not abused or used. I was told by IT there is nothing that can be done the computer will not turn on.
