This supplement seems to be very good quality. It tastes fine and hasn't upset my stomach. I also like the ingredients!

This supplement seems ok, and I haven't noticed any side effects. I probably won't order this one again though since its hard to juggle with my other supplements. It has quite a bit LESS inositol than I was looking for (1200 mg vs 2000mg for my previous) and so much EXTRA folic acid (300% DV) and zinc (300%) that I'm trying to avoid since they overlap my high-dose multivitamin. (I have trouble absorbing folic acid instead of folate, and I'm aware too much excess zinc can become an oxidant.) Maybe this supplement is really designed more for someone who's not already taking a multivitamin - but that would be a shame since the other nutrients in a multivitamin are important to adequately get too.

This supplement is supposed to promote reproductive wellness. The labeling leads with Myo-inositol, folate, ashwagandha. However, if you read the label you will find additional ingredients such as a "proprietary blend" featuring chaste berry, grape seed extract, coq10, etc. The label provides no info regarding the overall/individual strength of the ingredients in this blend, which is not ideal. Also, it has the synthetic folic acid form of folate, which can be poorly absorbed by some people; a switch to methylfolate would correct this shortcoming. Myo-inositol is associated with a number of health benefits and the label claims the product has 1200 mg in one dose, which is great. The product also has zinc oxide, which has the poorest oral bioavailability of all the zinc versions that are available over the counter. The vitamin E used in this product is dl alpha tocopheryl acetate, which is sourced synthetically, has poor availability, and not as potent as naturally derived vitamin E. Overall, I would say they had a good idea when creating this supplement but the shortcomings that I note in my review would be circumvented if they upgraded some of the ingredients to versions that are more bioavailable.

I ordered this product because it contains folic acid, vit E, zinc, myo-inositol, and ashwaganda, all vitamins and herbs known to improve egg quality and fertility. I especially like that it's manufactured in the USA, not overseas like so many others.

This bottle has 60 pills but you take 3 a day so it’s only a 20 day supply, not sure you will know a lot about these in 20 days.They come with a safety seal which is very important. They are easy to swallow and I haven’t experienced any aftertaste or side effects. I like that these are natural herbs, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and myo-inositol that have been shown to promote reproductive health. We will see!
