The device works well and fast, and the camera is good. However, I don't like the placement of the power and volume buttons on one side and very close, as it's not practical.

I have been using this item for almost a year now and wondering some of my application specially the banking app is not working. been troubleshooting it for so long which i gave up and just used my old phone for banking only. And now i tried checking it from the site itself and it is telling me the below message. That's why it is not updating to the latest OS version."Thank you for choosing Xiaomi!However, the device you purchased is not an official global version and user experience may be affected. Next time, please purchase the official global version of the device through officially authorized channels."
