Lovely taste and consistency
I love soba in general and I find the Clearspring ones particularly tasty.They cook fairly quick, so make sure not to overcook them.I normally wash them under running cold water once cooked to make sure they keep a nice consistency.I then like to deep it in a good soy sauce mixed with a bit of the cooking water and a bit of wasabi, so easy but so nice and they remind me of a lovely dinner in a Tokyo izakaya! :)

Healthier alternative to Udon/Egg noodles
Soba Noodles contain more protein, vitamins and fiber to other common Noodle types. The consistency and taste is firmer, more earthy and nutty. Goes extra well with a strong, hearty noodle broth.
