Top notch product
I'm always wary whenever I try a new brand of balsamic vinegar. You don't always get what you pay for with expensive products like this. However, this one is one of the best I have ever had. It is rich, delicious and everything I want in a balsamic vinegar. The packaging and extras that it comes with make it a great choice for a gift as well. I'll definitely be ordering this again when I run out.

The real deal
I prefer the 25 year old balsamic to drizzle on roast vegetables or especially with aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese or fresh fruit (strawberries, pears or peaches) or cantaloupe. Also goes well as a drizzle on duck or in braised meats. I used to send a bottle to my sister every year when I lived in Italy and still do.

Pure decadence
I love the packaging and booklet that came with this exquisite balsamic vinegar. After receiving my first bottle as a gift I knew I had to replace it because the flavor can’t be matched. Worth every penny. It will leave an impression on you and your guests if you are willing to share!

Amazing
This is the first time I've tasted aceto balsamico tradizionale. Since I had no frame of reference, I tasted a 12-year old ordinary Modena balsamic after it. My immediate reaction was "where did the rest of the flavors go?" The flavor is so complex. For cooking, a balsamic made with wine vinegar may be adequate but tasted directly, there is no comparison. I consider this balsamic worth the price.

Missing tic doser
Vinegar is good, although not exceptional.. for 25yr I suppose you get what you pay for as this is less than half the price of some..Mostly I was a little disappointed to find the tic doser not in the box. Again not end of world but for 90$ for a couple ounces of vinegar it would be nice to get what was advertised.

Brand is authentic Modena Balsamic producer
A guide to some of you who’ve been to Modena, Italy and went to any balsamic vinegar tour: do not compare the depth of flavor to this price range. The ones it Modena have robust selection, per location, years on the barrel, type of barrel (wood or metal), source of grapes or natural additives, et al. This item for sale in Amazon is a joy to me as I was looking specifically for this brand. I’ve been to the location where it’s processed and aged in Modena, I’m sure that this brand comes from an authentic Italian balsamic makers for centuries. Modena in Italy is the historic source of quality grape by-product.

This is a quality product and I’ve enjoyed it.
Really high quality. If you’re used to the sweet flavored bs we get in the states, this will be something you’ll have to get used to.The texture + thickness is indicative of a high quality product. It literally leaves the bottle like molasses. I use it on high grade Parmesan and even drizzle on my filet mignon steaks.
