I have a very slow moving colon and I sometimes get a bloated feeling. When I drink some of this liquid with juice, it clears up the bloated feeling and I am much better.

I drink about 1 ounce of this each night with my vitamins as an easy way to get more magnesium. But I buy it for $1 a bottle at a local dollar store. Shop around, also online at that price.
