Unfortunately not what I expected. The items are not as appear in the photos showing how to use the bag which is what swayed me to buy this one for example, the tourniquet in this bag is just a length of rubber whereas on the picture it shows a green one with clasp! The quality of the bag and items are on the cheap side and I don’t think it is worth £8.99. If I could I would’ve returned it!

the reason i bought this first aid kit is because we're going on holiday soon and we want something that had everything in it, we required and came in a good size bag for packing away in the car but easy to get to if needed. i have too say its a great piece of kit and would give it 100%. thumbs up.thank youregardsjim devlin

The DHRmedika 121 piece First Aid Kit is just right to have on hand in case of emergency. The things which were disappointing were the little cheap (sizers) scissors, which wouldn't cut either a trouser leg or sleeve to get to an injury and the tweezers, which are cheap plastic and I feel would need replaced after use, as sterilisation would be out of the question. The actual First Aid Kit has all you would require in a neat compartmentalised bag making it easy to get what you need quickly, and is just the right size to have in the car or home at a very good price.

excellent cost effective kit...contains pretty much everything you will need for home emergencies...i got this one for the house and will be getting one to keep in the car - do not be put off by the price - there is a LOT of kit in this and pound for pound it beats the competition :)

I am an outdoor enthusiast and the last first aid kit I purchased was a mountain leader first aid. This first aid kit has everything you need! I purchased this to do into our motorhome that we just purchased and its fab. Bargain price and well kitted out! I would thoroughly recommend this product!

Excellent first aid kit.. perfect just what I was looking for.. great compartments and has what you would expect within a first aid kit.. handy carry case for on the go.. would highly recommend.. no house should be without a first aid kit..

Great kit, hopefully I won't need to use it but it gives peace of mind in case I ever do! Definitely easier to buy a kit like this than making one yourself and worrying about what to include. It comes with everything you could need including gauze pads, cooling pads, bandages and an emergency blanket! The bag is strong and comes with three sections to easily organise items. Excellent first aid kit for the price!
