Ok for flat plates

I use these whenever I want some sauce - so much nicer to dip rather than scrape it round the plate. And then the majority of the mess is contained in these rather than smeared over the plate.They dishwash well if the any huge remainder is scraped out, placed face-down they come out perfectly clean - and my plates are cleaner too as they don't have a layer of dried-on sauce.Sometimes the rubber gripper bit gets pulled out, but they seem to work well enough without them anyway.

If you are a bit weird like me and don’t like your sauce touching your food until you want to dip this is the perfect gadget. It holds a decent amount of sauce as well so you don’t have to keep filling it up.I used it when I have nachos on a plate and had more than one dip.
