Hello ,sabse pehle ye ek achha gyser he jisme 25 lit hot water hota he,isko use karne se pehle 15 minutes tak chalu rakhna he fir isko atleast 1 time me agar ek person2 balti use kare to 10 person aram se bath kar shakte he, auto cut off hota he so no tantion but ha iska size bada he,,abb main bat iska installation total 1000 rs me padega , because installation free nahi he iska

The overall quality is good, electric consumption is not at per with 4 star, it consume a regular of unit electricity like others, but the water heating capacity and readiness is impressive

Using this product for the past 2yrs . After 1 year , water heater started water leakage . due to this sometimes slight electric shock occured . made complaint to the orient company , but no response from service side , without attending fault the company staff closed the complaint , Don't buy this product . quality is very bad

I Recommend not buy such Infior product ,since 2 year I have replaced heating rod 2 time poor services ,Amzone should delist such infior product from the platform.

It's good value for money. It's two months since I got it installed and all is working well. 3-pin plug came along with it. I had to buy the connecting pipes for installing which costed Rs. 300The water heating time is good and I am satisfied by the product. It has 5 Star electricity saving ratings and is ISI marked... No leaks or complications. Make sure it is installed by your expert plumber to avoid issues. I paid him Rs. 500 for installing.Hope this review is helpful in making a choice.

I booked Orient Electric Water Heater (White) of Rs.4869/- on 27-01-19After six months lodge a complaint of water leaking and attended after one week. The contractual technicians are non Engineer or unskilled labour. They do not about the actual cause but replace the things. Hoever, find out the real cause and came second time with local heating element to replace the original element of Orient as leakage from here as identified. They do not know meaning of washers & nuts while opening threw away the washers as of no use. Duplicate "thesta" company heating element of 1.5 KW where 2 KW is required. It is not being fitted easily and technician tried to mold the grip rod with plyers and I saw it and told him to go away. Lets who is coming next. ..... Service standard of Orient products are going down by down every year........... No Engineer, top mangement are willing to hear or supervise the system....... SKILL INDIA, STAND UP INDIA.... Nice product.Worth buying for the price.We bought it when there was an offer on the product.It was as expected.But had to change the plug of product as it was a big one which dint fit into the socket provided in my home.No installation ,we have to get it installed.It takes some time for water to heat like 10-15min.Overall as expected.Happy with the product.
