I recently tried the Mielle Organics Rosemary Mint Light Scalp & Hair and I am absolutely in love with this product! It has quickly become a must-have in my haircare routine.The first thing that caught my attention was the refreshing scent of rosemary and mint. It's like a breath of fresh air for my hair! Wonderful Product! Easy Scalp Application and Immediate Results, Including Stopping Dry Scalp Itching. Wife and I are very impressed with this product. Leaves our hair manageable and shiny. Caution: Use Only SMALL amount in each section of hair and scalp. Very generous flow of this oil using the dropper/applicator. Work through scalp sparingly. Looking forward to possible hair growth.

Updating my review from 2* to 4* exclusively based on customer service from the company.While I'm still not a fan of the product for me, the company reached out and offered a full refund with NO expectation of a review change (my choice), only to ensure I was satisfied. I refused the refund, afterall I made a choice to try a new product, that's on me, not them! And I plan to use it anyway, so why should it cost them money because I made a choice I don't like? I am a fan of a company that stands behind their product and customer satisfaction. That's a 5* company all the way.I have always had lush, long hair, but lately it has has started thinning, falling and breaking due to menopause (so NOT fun). I found this product and the complimentary shampoo & conditioner and wanted to give it a try to see if it will help stop and hopefully reverse the issues with my hormonal hair. I deliberately chose the "light" formulation of this scalp treatment because I do not wash my hair daily and did not want a product that will cause build up or a greasy look.This product made it look like I hadn't washed my hair in a month! I used it exactly as directed and no more than advised, and yet my scalp looked oily and nasty the entire day. I had to pull my hair up to hide the greasy look, which I also don't love to do, it causes more breakage, falling and hair-loss.I do love the scent, and the little tingle of the mint was wonderful, but the appearance of a slimy scalp is more than I'm willing to tolerate.I'll keep it and use it overnight the night before I wash my hair, and hopefully that will be enough to see results without looking like I'm allergic to washing.I'm disappointed, I really hoped to find something that would help but not be too heavy and oily.

Great hair oil, 2nd bottle bought . Smells great too

A few years ago, I learned I have an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos. Among the many unpleasant side effects I suffer, one of them is hair loss and thinning. Since then, I’ve worked very hard to reclaim my health and have made it a priority to seek out more natural, healthy and organic products. When I discovered Mielle Organics, read the reviews and saw other user photos, I decided to give it a try to see if maybe it could help me. While I’m not in love with the scent, (it’s pleasant, just not my favorite), however, I immediately noticed that my hair was the softest it has ever felt. I literally could not stop touching it. Then, after about a month of use, I started noticing baby hairs coming in. I can’t believe it. So, I’m willing to sacrifice a little of my preferred floral, fruity smell for soft, healthy hair that’s growing back again!! I purchased the shampoo, conditioner and oil. I shampoo and condition about every other day and I use the oil about once a week. I make sure to massage my scalp very well with the shampoo, rinse well, apply conditioner and keep the conditioner in at least 5 mins before rinsing. So far, I’m very happy with this product.

This is a scalp soothing, lightweight oil. You don’t have to use too much in the hair because it spreads well. I use it after washing and before blow drying my hair to lock in some moisture. I can feel my scalp slightly tingling from the mint. It is not an irritating feeling. It’s lightly scented of rosemary and mint so you don’t have to worry about a constant smell. The bottle is strong and a bit small, but the oil does not need to be used in large amounts. You wouldn’t need to purchase very often unless you’re using a LOT. I’ve had mine for a while. I don’t usually pay attention to hair growth because mine grows anyway, but while having it, I did get a comment that my hair had grown back quickly after cutting off a large quantity.

I braid my hair when I have the product in and wash out. I am not able to style as usual per the directions. I love the smell, value and the product does work. My hair is stronger and looks better than it ever has.
