Rottweiler Loves It
Before the pandemic and working at home, we gave one of the to the dog when we left for work. When we began working from home, he and we forgot about it for a while, but he found one and began rolling it around the floor. Now he gets one after breakfast - I just put part of his kibble in it. For him, it works well because he is not a destroyer of things. If it starts to go under the couch or somewhere where it will be "lost," he can pick it up and move it back out in the open. I had one that we used for months - every day - and finally bought more so I can throw it in the dishwasher daily as it got kind of gross. It washes well on the top shelf. This is a great treat ball for us.If your dog tends to destroy toys, I would not advise this. Our dog could shatter it in a second, but he has a gentle mouth.

Good Concept might need a bit more revising
So I purchased this ball for a labradoodle that is very high energy and gets bored easily. He barks and digs a lot, and wanted to divert that attention to something else, especially when he is outside. The toy works very well with a few issues:*used regular dog food when filling ball*1. Might get aggressive/possessive- If there are other dogs around, knowing that there are treats in there, might make him aggressive towards the other dogs.I think initially, it may have been due to frustration while figuring out how to get the treats out.2. There are a few tabs on the ball used for opening and closing the ball that might be designed a bit different. From the chewing etc..the small tabs have been worn down.(used for when filling with food/treats)Gotta say it does keep the dog active and interested in the toy..but again, if you have other dogs, it may create some aggression..

My Dog's Favorite
This two-pack represents my dog's 3rd and 4th Treat Ball. He got the first as a present when he was a pup. It didn't last long because I wasn't paying attention and he managed to open it and pretty much chew the threads off and I couldn't screw it together again. So I ordered a second and that one lasted almost two years. And he's pretty rough playing with them, especially outside where he knocks it around on the patio and over the stones in the yard. His last one was pretty cracked up before I had to replace it. He looks forward to it every morning, and it keeps him occupied for well over an hour each day.

Best time occupying treat toy for medium size chewers
Make sure you screw lid on TIGHT! I’ve owned 6 or so of those, 4 current and 2 got chewed because he got the lid off. Since I started wrenching them down really tight, I’ve had one I can’t get back open - but neither can my dog, so I just add treats through top hole and shake them down. My medium sized dog is a chewer for sure and I highly recommend these. He loves batting them though the house to get the treats out. Too loud for non-carpeted floors, but carpeted floors are fine.If you have hardwood floors, be aware this would be very loud and obnoxious.

Fan of the old model
I will start off by saying I am a huge fan of the original model but this new top I am not. Base and middle insert are the same however the two pieces coming together to create the top is a major flow. Any jaw pressure placed on the ball allows for the two top pieces to pop off/apart. You can get around this with a really-and I mean-really tight twisting but it shouldn't be on so tight that I can't get it apart after they are done. Over time with pick-ups/drops/rolls and overall interaction the top has chipped away.

Dog loves it
My dog loves this ball. He's a very food-motivated dog who is a mix of a few smart breeds and enjoys the mental stimulus it provides.I like that you can make the inside opening larger or smaller depending on how much you want to challenge your dog.My only complaints are that the plastic isn't very durable -- the dog bit significant chunks off. Also, when my dog got frustrated that the kibble wasn't coming out fast enough, he found a way to unscrew the two separate sections from one another. Perhaps something with better threading wouldn't come apart as easily.Overall, a very good purchase that keeps my dog happy and busy.

Great Toy
Doggo loves them! I have one at my house and one at my mum’s house. It’s great to see her exercise, have fun, and get rewarded for her efforts.Holding up pretty well considering my Golden loved chewing on anything and everything. She drops it on tile, scratches at it, and sometimes straight up tries chewing on it but it’s been durable so far.

The adjustable opening is great!
I really, really love that this ball has an adjustable dispenser. Not all kibble is the same size, so it is great to have the option to adjust the opening to the size of the kibble. My Boykin is now 7 months old. At first he wasn't too interested in this, even tho he is very food motivated, so I set it aside. I saw it sitting there the other day and decided to try it again. This time he figured it out and it took him about an hour to empty it. We have all tile floors, so he rolled and kicked it all over the house. The big dogs figured out that if they follow him, they might get a crunchy or two. All my dogs can pick this up as well and carry it around.
