The unusual aspect to this puzzle is the cork backing, and an example cork puzzle piece was on the outside box (fun, unusual, and a great touch if you were looking at these in a physical store).The puzzle pieces were inside a thicker, brown paper bag that isn’t resealable. There was just the slightest smell when the bag was opened, but it dissipated almost immediately. The similar-sized pieces looked great: warp free, clean edges, vibrant colors, and the cork undersides felt soft. I always place puzzles into a bowl to gauge puzzle dust, and these had almost none.The pieces all fit well, with just a couple that we thought fit (but didn’t) when they were only attached by a single side as we were completing the outside edge, which is probably on us for not paying close enough attention. Because the cork backing makes these pieces a bit thicker, they hold together really well.I wouldn’t hesitate to order another Roseart – Kodak Cork puzzle. The current price of less than $12 for a 1,000-piece jigsaw is an excellent value. The only downside is that this puzzle was made in China instead of the U.S.

I got these for my parents who are retired and both coffee enthusiasts. This makes a nice gift and challenging at the same time! I love that the pieces are made from recycled materials. The colors are vibrant and the cork pieces are unique and feel/look like high quality. The print and design would look really nice in a frame on the wall!

It is made from recycled paper and printed with vegetable inks, so it is a good choice for the eco-conscious puzzle fan. The pieces are backed with real cork which is a really neat touch, and makes the pieces feel substantial. This is a challenging, fun puzzle to build, with the extra reward of an especially nice looking end result.

This was a fun puzzle to put together. I especially like that you could easily tell when the piece was the right fit. Due to the cork backing, it was very easy to pick up a block of pieces and move them around. All pieces were included-that’s a plus. I only gave it four stars because I thought for having 1000 pieces, it wasn’t particularly difficult. When I break it up it can be enjoyed by others as I will donate it to the recreation area where I live.
