I bought the brown set and it is beautiful. The size was perfect and it looked exactly like the picture. HOWEVER, they have a chemical smell to them! I had them tied in a bag with scented sachets for a week. Then I wiped them down with fabric softener and put fabric softener sheets in each piece and left them to air out and they still smell. It is getting less noticeable each day but it is still too strong for me to carry any of them. I had a set of luggage once that I had to do the same thing to and found that the smell only really went away once I actually started using the luggage. Maybe next week I can try that, maybe. I am going to keep the set because it is almost exactly what I was looking for.I will update my review once I am actually able to use it.UPDATE: 12/2018The smell eventually went away. I don't know how long it took because I left the purse sitting some where that I couldn't smell it. When I finally got around to using it again the smell was gone! I don't use the other two pieces but the purse is now my favorite weekend bag. It might not have been the best idea to use heavily scented sachets to cover the smell. I think that scent mixed with the chemical smell...not pleasant.

I love the way it feels! It does smell, which I figure is the chemical used to soften it. I'm hoping it fades with time.

The smell wasn't as bad as I anticipated. It wore off after the first day. I was more displeased with the size of the largest bag. I thought it was going to be larger. I love the cross body and card holder. I think I'll keep it for those pieces alone.

As previous customers have reported...it does smell. But as I have used it is dissipating. I like it.

This smells so bad at first! It’s also smaller than the photos posted. I didn’t return because I made the size work and the smell faded once I wiped it down with a wet cloth

Love the design. They are smaller then appear in the photo. I use the larger one the most and with the included strap. However, I am deeply disappointed that the cutout area by the strap has torn.

Was a Christmas gift and she is in love with the soft leather and deep pockets
