I had been wanting to add cameras to my house for quite some time. I finally got to the point where I had internet good enough to support such devices. These cameras were easy to install if you have any electrical knowhow whatsoever. They come with all of the needed installation hardware. I replaced two old regular flood lights attached to the corners of my house. I love that these are hard wired in, so that I never have to worry with batteries. These things seem to be made reasonably well. The lights are super bright and you can adjust the brightness to suit your needs. The camera quality is much better than I expected it to be. Setup was actually fairly quick and easy. The app that you use is decent. It allows you to manually turn on the camera and lights, it allows you to manually record, set up timers, adjust camera and light sensitivities, etc. There are a number of functions you can customize and tinker with through the app. The app is free to download and use. There are various paid subscription services that you can try that add cloud access and monitoring, but these are not required. These units have slots where a micro sd card can be installed and you can record your own footage. The app will give you notifications when there is motion and it will begin to record. Overall, these are easy to use, the app is pretty user friendly, and the quality is quite good. I would recommend these over other options, especially if you can catch them on sale.

Appreciate ability to set motion activation zones via web. Wish app had same controls. Light is super bright. Resolution good. Great value.

Wyze products are functional and easy to install.

I was looking for a good security camera. I’ve used a couple in the past and honestly didn’t have high hopes for this one. Boy was I wrong. The camera quality is great, clear picture, great sound! Easy install and I love that you can set the light to come on at a certain time, as well as the sensitivity level for the motion detection. Thinking about purchasing two more for the entire property.

I love the affordability of the Wyze products. We have cameras indoor, outdoor and doorbell all from them now. They are very easy to use and have clear pictures. We also love the motion floodlight feature as we play in the backyard and although it’s our only outdoor light, it is powerful enough to light up the whole yard

the main screw holding this to the attachment bracket had the wrong thread so I had to improvise.

Did even get as far as opening the box. This product is not compatible with my 'Cam Plus Lite' subscription therefore I would have to buy a NEW subscription at quite a cost increased and I am not prepared to do that, when the v1 of the Floodlight works great and with my plan. I will purchased another Floodlight v1
