BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! - but it gets better. Read the entire review to see why.
UPDATE: I found the seller's website, based on the information that Amazon gave me, and there was a phone number. However, the number is no good and after I listened to a recording telling me that, the call hung up. I decided to call Lenovo back and this time I got a tech support person who helped me out. He had me give him the serial number to the laptop, from the BIOS. He was able to tell me what OS was originally on the laptop and directed me to the support area where I could download a recovery file. I did so, and created a USB recovery drive, and it fixed my problem. The really good part is that I was then able to upgrade to Windows 11. You see, even the tech support guy from Lenovo didn't think this laptop could go to 11 because the model wasn't on his list of upgradable devices. SO, YAY!!! I'M BACK IN BUSINESS! The laptop works great and I haven't had any problems since running the recovery.Just be aware, that if you aren't at least an intermediate user, this laptop might turn into more than you want to deal with.I'm upgrading my 1-star to 3-stars just because NO ONE should have to jump through hoops to use a newly purchased laptop!! I do give it 5-stars for the laptop's condition after I recovered the OS.Hopefully I will be able to update this rating, once (or should I say IF) my problem is resolved.I received this laptop today and turning it on, it is password protected. I contacted Amazon immediately and they told me to contact Lenovo. Lenovo told me to contact the seller (which information I didn't have), so I contacted Amazon again. This time I was sent seller information and a link to email them, NO PHONE NUMBER! I could start from scratch, and I may just do that to avoid LOTS of frustration on my part. However, there is no Windows Product Key included with this laptop, and I can't reuse product keys from other computers I own, so I'm basically in a pickle at this point.DON'T BUY THIS LAPTOP UNLESS YOU'RE READY TO START FROM SCRATCH!!

Good machine, but other software installed.
Machine works fine and has advertised specs. No Windows license sticker or visible model number on it. It was preinstalled with some company's software called Fidelity LLC that wouldn't let me log in to Windows and wanted a security key. We wound up having to do a complete wipe (never a bad idea on a refurbished machine anyway) and reinstall Windows. Had to get the specific model number and serial out of BIOS to find correct driver page at Lenovo. Yogas can be particularly difficult about things like installing off USB, but we eventually got it working properly. All in all... the machine is fine for me since I knew how to get it set up. A less knowledgeable person about such things would have had much more trouble. I would not recommend any refurbished machine for an inexperienced user unless you have someone to help you wipe and reinstall the entire system.

Came in with a virus
As soon as I finished the initial windows setup, windows defender started blasting me with a virus protection notification. It couldn't deal with it because I, the only user, didn't have windows admin access. And when I tried formatting it using a windows installer in a USB flash drive, it said the USB ports need to have their driver installed. This isn't supposed to be an issue because the drivers were workingfine prior the attempt.I had to open the laptop and replace the storage with a new m.2 SSD. The USB windows installer worked just fine, and thus I was able to install a fresh windows.3 because I still think it's a great machine for the price. After dealing with the fresh install issue, I've been using it for school.

Good everyday pc
This was bought for a teacher that needs misc tasks on a daily basis. Does the job correctly, caveats are battery life that could be better (will not last a full day) and screen that is good but not as clear and bright as the Dell XPS series
