Perfect presser
This is an excellent product.I use it to press my fried green plantains.It work miracle. My plantains were well pressed.It was easy to clean. The size was perfect for my plantains. The material is think and sturdy and the overall item looks great.

Absolute rubbish
Totally unlike the Amazon pictured item but something cheap & nasty.Was not stainless steel but aluminium, as the box it arrived in stated.15mm deep NOT 20mm.Meat obviously would not release from the mold, I didn't even bother, but others have stated.So $20 odd for something, not as described or fit for purpose.Would be >$5 @ stores that sell that kind of junk.

I am thinking I just need more time using it. I tried to make some 1/4 lbs patties. One side was heavier than the other despite my efforts. I did get some that squeezed out on one side. I think once I get the rhythm, it would be great!!
