Product bottle faulty
For the price I've paid for this item, its not very good, the product is very thick and the nozzle on the bottle isn't great, as I only sqeezed the bottle lighty and the whole cap came off in my cats ear, and the thick liquid went all over my cats face and all over my hands. You seriously need to pack the product better, as this could have ended up in my cats eyes or mouth if I didn't act fast.

The smaller lid came off and went into my dogs ear luckily we got it out the manufacturing needs to be reconsidered absolutely appalling
