I was a bit skeptical to order this because some of the reviews were not favorable, but I went with my gut and was pleasantly surprised. If you've had bunnies before, you will understand why the pull out tray on this model is the bomb. I have seen some of the other models of rabbit hutches to have partial drawer pull outs and little platforms, nooks and crannies for bunny poo & pee to get all over, and this single aluminum pull out - with NO other partial wooden floors or edges or lips - is one of the main reason this hutch surpasses all others. As for the quality, I have nothing but good things to say. I own another large hutch/coop that is kept outdoors (but is of similar build aka meant to be inside or out during good weather) and the quality of that one is pretty rickety. It was given to me, so I can't complain, but after reading reviews here, I assumed the quality would be similar to this 62" Pawhut, but that is not the case. This hutch is awesome all the way around. I feel the quality is much better than I expected it to be. I love it and if I need another hutch, I will absolutely buy this one again. I love it. Even the cats love it - I can't keep them out of it!

The hutch house is adequate for 1 or 2 rabbits. I would prefer the run pen to be a little larger. Other than that, it is good for the money.A little assembly tip.... predrill for the screws with a 1/16" bit. No wood splitting problems that way. I had no issues, and assembled in about an hour.

I, a 72 year old granny, put this pen together in one afternoon. I am going to use it as a fattening cage for my young rabbits. I raise New Zealand meat rabbits. One of my adults would not be able to fit thru the inside door of the hutch. So its not suitable for them. I did not like the metal pull out tray, as it would just necessatate extra work for me. So I took that tray apart, took out the metel sheet, put the wooden frame back together and then put a sheet of heavy rabbit wire over it. It still slid into the tray slot just fine. Then I took the metal sheet and attached it to the top of the outdoor pen to give my bunnies some shade. The fasteners included, to attach the hutch to the outdoor run, are paper this metal and very cheesy, making the cage feel like it can fall apart.. So I will replace those as soon as I can. However, since the cage is weak that way, I made, and attached a frame, made from 2" X 2" rot resistant lumber, with metal corners, to the bottom of the entire unit. Finally, the "feeder" included with the package is to be mounted on the inside of the hutch in a place that would make you have to get down on your knees and reach thru the tiny door in order to put food in it (and with that metal tray catching all the poop and pee you better be wearing a rubber suit). Bad design there. But the rabbits will have fun chewing its soft wood into splinters. Overall, the unit is very light weight and, with my modifications, will work well as a lawn rabbit tractor, for small rabbits, and I'll move it every day so my rabbits can mow and fertilize our lawn.

Oh my goodness, this little chicken coop is adorable. Very easy to put together and it looks just like the photo. Everything fitted well and I am more than happy with the quality and the finished look. The draw out bottom will make cleaning so easy and the little ramp, which turns into the door for closing at night, is just perfect. My new 4 baby chicks are going to love living here. This is such a waste of $130. It is MUCH smaller than it looks in the picture (their picture is VERY misleading) and it must be placed on a table to get the height needed to use it without kneeling down. That's my fault since I didn't visualize the dimensions. However, it is VERY flimsy to say the least and any animal (raccoon, coyote, fisher cat) could tear this "pet house" to ribbons without even trying! We put our baby rabbit in there and didn't sleep all night because we were worried about his cage being destroyed by any animal. Also, the ramp immediately broke off since it's not much better than balsa wood and the screws are so tiny that they come unattached by themselves (that happened the 1st time I put the rabbit in the hutch, I can't return it since it was a surprise for my granddaughter and it was given to her after the 30 day window for Amazon returns so I just wasted $130 for nothing and I am NOT happy. AVOID THIS PRODUCT! It will NOT even come CLOSE to protecting your rabbit.

We all had a good laugh at how small this is in real life! The picture is extremely misleading. This is not why I gave 2 stars, though, because the dimensions are there. We put it together easily and it's a nice looking bunny house. The ramp broke off before we even finished assembling it. We reinforced it and put it back on. A week or two later we went to move it from the house to outside and there was no possible way to avoid breaking out off again. It's so frustrating. We've once again reattached it, but each time, the cedar falls apart more and more. I would not recommend this or buy it again. It would be way cheaper to make something larger and better quality.

Updated 2/27- Initially rated 3 stars- Customer service reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They offered me a couple of remedies. I am very happy with their customer service.I am using this hutch with the dropping pan removed and the ramp removed due to my rabbit not having enough headspace under the house. His litter box would not fit in the top. This makes the house only one level. It will work for my purposes because now I will have the pen he was living in for exercise purposes, but I wouldn't recommend if you have a larger bunny. The shipping was also delayed. I was expecting the hutch on Saturday and it did not arrive until the following Wednesday.

The media could not be loaded. This cage was very easy to put together by myself. Only took maybe 30 minutes. Easy to pick up and carry around to different spots in the yard, just be careful with the ramp cause it’s held on by screws and it just hangs there when I move it. The pull out tray is nice so we can wipe it off. I did not put in the hay tray. It serves its purpose, lets the guinea pigs spend time outside without having to worry about them getting eaten during the day.

Wel constructed and perfect size. Very pleased.

This was exactly what we wanted. Has lots of room, and shelter for our rabbit outside. And it is easy to move around. But please note that it is just sitting on the ground, so your rabbit can dig holes and potentially escape.
