I bought this therapy pack because I had lost one I’d bought in the early 2000’s. It’s expensive but excellent. I’ve only used it from the freezer and it performs very well. It’s smaller than some but good enough for knees, ankles etc. It moulds easily to your profile, other packs can be hard and stiff. Since ordering and using it, I found the old one in amongst the frozen blueberries. It’s still in great condition, I was using it only a few months ago. Having the 2 is helpful for my arthritis flare ups.

good in general. the only problem is when heat it with microwave, it didn't warm evenly.

I use it for migraines, together with dark rooms, podcasts, triptans and painkillers. I love it, you can adjust it easily on your forehead or on the nape of your neck. If you put it over your eyes it gives you cold and darkness. I like it so much I've even give it a name:-) Haven't used it hot yet.

Handy product

Very useful for swelling after foot surgery. Put it in suitcase as foot swelling in the heat. Very clever.

Excellent product. Used it on my broken foot to keep the swelling down. Flexible and wraps around nicely.

Does the job on a painful knee.

I have a Nexcare cold compress from several years ago. Compared to the one I have, this compress doesn't get very cold. This company needs to have better packaging as well because my compress arrived in a very smashed, beat up Amazon box, with a smashed, beat up Nexcare box.
