This works well once you get it on, but the chain is too short to go over your head and it is very awkward to keep the clasp open while trying to insert it through the loops on top of the pendant. On a positive note, the magnet at the top of the pendant and the clasp work together to ensure that the tracker cannot fall out of the pendant and the step count appears to be accurate. I'm using it with a longer chain.

The pendant works great with my Fitbit Flex 2. I put it on a chain that I already without the clasp. My chain goes right through the eye holes on the pendant. Closing it can take some time because the magnets that hold it together are strong and attract my chain to them. Once in it is sturdy. I even wear it like this on my runs with no problems. The one downside is that tapping the unit to check my distance or to shut off an alarm does not register easily.

 I’ve had this bracelet now for a couple of months and I love it. I feel so much more stylish wearing this bracelet compared to the rubber sport band that comes with the fitbit. I really like the magnetic clasp. I’ve been running with it several times and haven’t had any issues. The Fitbit alerts buzz much more vigorously in this thing, which I find jarring, but that’s minor - I’ve decreased the number of alerts. The magnetic clasp has gotten scratched, but it doesn’t bother me, as that’s under my wrist usually, and I have worn this every day, all day, almost 24 hours, so some wear is expected. The cage that hold the Fitbit seems very durable, with no major scratches. Great value!

Without a doubt, THE BEST fitbit necklace out there. I've tried every single fitbit accessory in existence, and most necklaces are a twist open/shut mechanism that only results in it working itself open and you losing your fitbit. Not this one! This actually has a clasp that hooks through both sides of the pendant and keeps it shut. There is NO WAY you're losing your fitbit! My only knock is that I want a longer chain, so I swapped it out. No biggie.

I really love this rose gold wristband for my Fitbit. Its such a nice option for work and looks much dressier than the rubber option. I have very small wrists (6.25 inches) and there is no problem with this fitting. Another reviews mention problems with the Fitbit device fitting into this band or that the magnets caught on things. I have not experienced any such issues. The one thing that I was concerned about was if the "door" might open accidentally and if my Fitbit device could fall out. The little door is actually against my wrist, making this impossible, and also the door has a magnetic clasp as a second safety measure to ensure this doesn't happen.I'll continue to wear my rubber Fitbit band when I'm outside kayaking, hiking, or at the gym where I might sweat a lot, but this band is perfect for the rest of my life and looks nice with my jewelry.

After seeing my review CAGOS reached out to me regarding my issue with the pendant. They sent me a "Fitbit flex 2 Milanese Loop" bracelet, which my wife loves ad wears every day. Still keeping my rating on the pendant, but I applaud CAGOS for making the issue right.Plan on returning. Bought this as a gift, but it is difficult to access the actual Fitbit. Unlike one I order for myself where you access the Fitbit from the bottom and it stays closed with a strong magnet. This one requires you to unclasp it from the necklace to open. One tiny clasp to put the necklace on is enough, I don't want to deal with more.

This order took a little bit of time to arrive to me and outside of the delay in shipping and being contacted before I'd even received my order to thank me on having received my order to obtain feedback, the band itself appears to be of decent quality. I've seen that the Milanese type bands for the Fitbit devices allow for the skin to breathe better versus the silicone bands when wearing the fitness tracker on a regular daily basis, so I wanted to pick up one for my Flex 2 device. The small band size definitely provides a snug fit, unlike another small size Milanese band I've used for my Charge 2, I do have to unhook the end band from the loop to fit it around instead of sliding my wrist through when putting on or taking off my Flex 2 device. The magnetic clasp holds reasonably firm when set to my desired wrist size while on-the-go, working out or even running day-to-day errands. The small Flex 2 device fits comfortably into the hollow space of the band's metallic casing, at times it's a bit tricky to juggle the piece in there as the small hinge door that closes over it keeps falling back into place. The pricing is a little on the high side for me, but provided it's so far the only Milanese style band for the Flex 2 that I've found at this time, as long as the quality holds up over time-- I think I'll enjoy this band.

Attractive band, I have a problem getting the Fitbit out to charge because the magnets are so strong, you’ll have to insert something through the holes on top to push the device out. Wish it included information on how to open it. Overall nice product.
