This flat iron was packaged very nicely. GHD with yet another great product. This flat iron heats up extremely fast. It’s very slim and not bulky like some flat irons. There isn’t a way to adjust the heating setting, yet i haven’t had an issue with burning my hair. It’s very easy to use and i would definitely recommend.

I purchased this after my last GHD died after 5+ years of use. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Immediately upon receiving, I turned it on and it appeared to work. When I actually went to use it the next day, it heated up, but then immediately turned off after reaching temperature. All subsequent attempts to turn it on resulted in the same behavior, or it wouldn't even turn on. I returned it to Amazon and purchased a different brand of straightener. After researching GHD more, it appears they sometimes have quality issues, particularly with the thermistor, so it wasn't worth it to me to continue to gamble 100s of dollars.

I’ve used ghd flat irons over the last 7-8 years and have been loving them. The last two I’ve used were the original and the platinum plus. I have not been disappointed. My original stuff works well even after 8 years but I just wanted an upgrade. Just like its previous version, this flat iron heats up very quickly. It does a wonderful job with hair straightening and curling (if you are able to curl your hair with a flat iron). I can straighten my hair soo quickly now with this! It really helps with frizz and adds shine to the hair. It is easy to hold and have a grip on. The design appears to be sturdy as well.

Works great. I love how fast it heats up. And has a sound for when you turn it on, off, and when fully heated. I'm also using much lower temperature which my stylist says is so much better for my hair. Took off one star for the price. Maybe I was expecting my hair to be completely transformed into a silky, shiny mane that would be noticed by everyone. Looks the exact same as with my old flat iron.

This flat iron is absolutely amazing. I love how easy to use this is. It also is so fast to heat up. The iron is not heavy when holding. My arm fatigued after my hair. It also worked really well straightening my 3B/C curly hair. It’s probably the best flat iron I’ve ever tried.

ghd Chronos styler is so pricy so I wanted to see for myself how well it worked. It was packaged very smartly with all of the cord next to the main compartment that had a lid and upon opening it stored the cord and a silicone sleeve. The flat iron is simple to use. There's only a power button and that's it and it heated up instantaneously with a little jingle and then it made another sound to let you know that it had finished heating up which was only seconds from the first sound. It smoothed my hair very fast and easily without any smoke that I've noticed with other flat iron and I ended up with silky smooth hair as if I had it done professionally from a salon.

Packed lovely and nice looking product. Did not feel this was remotely worth the money. There’s plenty of smaller flat irons out there that can do the same thing for a fraction of the $.

This brand went DOWNHILL. I used to be a hardcore fan of the brand. I have curly hair and wear it straight often, I have my first GHD flat iron still working from high school- I'm almost 30. I wanted to try their new technology and the flat iron works well... when it decides to turn on. I have trouble shooted and it's just not the same quality as before. It doesn't turn on anymore or only for a few seconds. My GHD blow dryer and old flat iron work perfect plugged into the same outlet.I also don't appreciate how it seems I got a used product too. I think Amazon is going downhill as well....

Execelente producto, a la primera pasada el cabello queda liso, manejable y con brillo, además de que dura bastante el peinado; ahorro mucho tiempo. Vale cada peso, solo le faltó a ghd agregar un estuche térmico para poderla guardar, hubiera estado genial.

Me llegó en su caja súper bien, pero a la hora de prenderla no prendía … así que tuve que regresarla y ahora está mucho más cara … así que a buscar otra opción. No valió la pena la espera
