Very expensive for what these are. Basically its like the thing you put on your head in a shower but bigger. Super cheap and you will need to be very careful when you put them on and remove them.

I used this to shower in after my TKR. It worked great to keep my knee incision covered and dry. The bottom is not tight at all, only the top. I used it in a stall shower while sitting on a shower chair.

I'm a bit torn on how to rate this because the first pack I bought was great. Of the seven Shower Socs, there was one that had a hole in it, but the others were fine and they made showering much easier and more comfortable than covering your limb in saran wrap and wrapping a bunch of tape around it. After I had used the pack up, I had no qualms about ordering another despite the one defective Soc.The second pack I received has been a completely different experience. The elastic in the rubber bands is brittle causing a poor fit all over. There were holes in three of the Socs. It's absolutely night and day.There's no quality control here, that's why I'm giving it two stars. If you were assured you were getting a product with no defects, it would easily be five stars. In the early days of showering with a picc line, it's rough, and this product makes that so much easier. But it feels like a gamble with your money. I went from being alright about spending $20 on plastic and rubber bands due to the convenience it provided to being furious. I feel ripped off and want my money back or a pack that's good to give me some faith in the product that this was a one time screw up. I've got this thing in me for another 4-6 weeks and I'm really not looking forward to going back to saran wrap and tape.

If you're looking for something to just cover you up while in the shower this is your product. If you're looking for a tight elastic fit around your leg then look elsewhere. For the price you actually get what you pay for; just don't expect a lot from this product because you will get wet!

Worked great keeping knee dry after total knee replacement.

Simple design is cost effective and does a great job. Had knee surgery and was going through $5.00 of foam tape each shower. Ordered these and have been able to get a few uses out each of them (they are rated for single use only). Easy to use and this size was big enough to accommodate a large thigh and calf.

These are great, however they do have the tendency to get holes near the opening.
