This cap manages to stay soft and pliable after having been put to cool down in the freezer. I find the stretch and size good for my head. Just putting it on gives you a feeling of calm and relaxation and I have used it on occasion just to relax and block out the worries of the day. This one can be used hot or cold so it will be very good to heat up to relieve sinus problems if I have them in the future. It is very good for headache relief, and I will use it cool in the summer to help me cool down enough to get a good night’s sleep on very hot days. The fabric is very comfortable and stretches well so should fit most heads. It should be noted though that it just has the gel on one side of the cap rather than all the way round.

I bought the black cap and was surprised how cool the gel was straight out of the box even without freezing it. The cap is easy to use, it fits snuggly and the material is soft. The cooling gel is centred around your eyes and forehead and I have found it soothing so far

I have a similar product from a different brand. So, I already had some expectations about this kind of product based on my previous experience. My first disappointing about this product is that the advertising says: “This migraine relief cap provides 360-degree coverage of the head”. But this doesn’t mean that the gel goes all around your head. The gel is only on the front side of this cap. The back part of this head is an elasticated piece of fabric that just helps to keep the cap fixed around your head. That was a bit disappointing as my previous product actually had gel all around my head, so it provides a much better experience. Apart from this complaint, I would also mention that this Migraine Relief Cap retains the coldness for short time (probably less than the 30 minutes advertised). Unfortunately, the migraine could be longer than that. So, the relief could be temporary. The cap is made of a soft fabric and the size is ok for my head. One advantage of the product is that it won’t slip off your head and you could even sit down while wearing it.

The cool pad is instantly soothing, and the size and shape means that it covers your head and stays in place. I immediately felt refreshed and it’s far better than the stick-on patches I have used to date.Although the wrap suggests that you can sleep in it, I don’t know if that’s practical. The cap covers almost all of your head and can get very warm, so I don’t think it is something I could sleep in.

I have had some of these migraine caps before and honestly when this arrived the boxed look fairly naff. I thought I was going to be cheap rubbish. However inside is exactly the same as a more expensive version I have but better. I say better because the size is more fitting for me. In comparison this one is lighter to wear and doesn't need readjusting every 5 minutes. It's very cooling and keeps out the light and the material feels very could soft quality. Overall I'm pleased with it especially for it's price.

This item is great for aiding in your sleep it’s really nice and cool when you pull it over your head and it’s very comfortable and does the job unfortunately it has left my pillow cases with black dye on them which won’t come out despite attempts to remove it

Incredibly cooling straight out of the box!4 Stars is because I don't find the blackout to be very good, it's okay but if you need proper darkness, you'll probably still want the curtains closed. If blackout isn't important to you, it's a 5 star.For cooling and soothing, it's amazing! I haven't needed to put it in the freezer, just the ambient cooling is enough to ease my sinuses, and my partner finds it relieving for his headaches.Can't wait to try it in the freezer in the depths of summer, though!Fit's small and medium heads, no problems, but might be hard to get it around the neck on a medium head. The top of the skull is fine.It doesn't need to be worn to be functional either, popping it in the microwave and using it as a hot water bottle is also great! I've also worn it warmed and around the knees with success until you need to move.
