My dog will not allow you to trim his nails. I’ve taken him to the vet. They tried to do it, not happening! The only way was to put out under anesthesia. I Purchased this hoping that it would help file his nails somewhat, and it did its job. His front nails are filed down perfectly. I use it with him about once a month and it is the perfect solution to his front nails being trimmed.

Through no fault of yours, my 2 Yorkies were pretty slow to catch on to how to work it. Hopefully they will become more aggressive as they explore it and not have to be able to see a treat in the far corner of the cup.

This works okay but definitely doesn't stay put. It's a little more flimsy then I expected. It was already put together. Easy to put treats into.

The board has six treat compartments.The board is well made and rotates easily. However, the three pads for the underside do not keep it from sliding around the floor. Even after thoroughly cleaning the pads, the board will still slide around the floor sometimes. This is not a big deal as it still keeps my dog occupied.The scratch pad is very coarse. If my dog would use it correctly, it would definitely work to sand his nails down. It didn't take him long to figure out how to access the treats. It only took about 30 minutes. The only problem is, he doesn't use his paws to rotate the board. He uses his nose. So this board doesn't work for my dog as it was intended. It is still useful when giving him treats.
