Accurate and clean right out the tin

I tried 11 different types of pellets in my rifle (Gamo Varmint) and it was only shooting well with 2, the Gamo hunter and the Meisterkugeln Match. The problem with these 2 types of pellets is that they were too light. I was hitting squirrels and they would drop, then get up and run away.I decided to try the H&N Baracuda Hunter Extreme and boy was I impressed. I’m getting 0.6” groups at 30 yards. Not only that, I have dropped 4 squirrels already and none of them have ran away after being hit. Awesome pellets, they’re a bit expensive but it’s worth the price. I spent a lot more $ trying to find a type of pellet that my rifle would like. Finally I found it and I plan to buy it again

In my Ruger Air Magnum these have been very accurate and deadly. At 9.57 grains they do not go supersonic.I really liked the Gamo Lethal Pellets that are non-lead, but at 5.56 grains the would go supersonic and were too loud for shooting, even in my low density neighborhood.I do not find these to be a tight fit. They are a good fit. I always use a homemade loading tool (a modified golfing tee) so that all pellets are uniformly seated to the same depth in the barrel and not hanging out. The pressure to insert them was normal and not high.For my rifle these seem to be a great compromise between weight, speed and accuracy. The fact that they expand is a plus. They work great on squirrels.

Very accurate at 50 yds. The “mushrooming” upon impact is not so good. I was shooting into tin cans after “zeroing” my scope and the pellets showed very little “mushrooming” after passing through a tin can. If they don’t “mushroom” after hitting metal I highly doubt they will after hitting a “critter”.

I bought these pellets for my Gamo Wildcat whisper. I tried several different brands and weights and these were the most accurate. Going to use them mostly for pest control at 25 yards or less. I liked them enough to buy another tin even though they are not cheap. At 25 yards they will blow a hole through a pop can filled with water, should be perfect for problem squirrels!

I dislike that the pellets didn’t group well with my Legacy1000 pellet rifle. At 23 yards My groups were 4-5inches.However, I like how well these pellets were designed and made. The skirts are wider and longer for tight fitting in barrel.I also like the striking power of the pellet. The pellet mushrooms out for great expansion. The first pellet I fired definitely hit a dove @5 pumps.The large pellet groups were most likely due to not enough pumps prior to shots fired. I averaged about 4-5 pumps each shot at 23 yards. The pellet in flight may have lost stability due to low velocity, I’m thinking in the ranges of 540-590ft/sec. I was shoot bench style.In addition, I noticed when loading a pellet I had a hard time getting it into the barrel where you load the ammo. I had to somewhat wiggle the rifle to feed it. If that makes sense.

There r very accurate. Do a great job at target practice. Good price.

H&N Baracuda Hunter Extreme Hollow Point heavy pellets are the only ones I use in both .177 and .22. Consistent quality that gets the job done every time.

Tengo un rifle pcp y para mi esta marca tiene unos balines de muy buena calidad con muy buenos acabados y de una precision que con otras marcas no alcanzo..los recomiendo sin duda..aunque aqui no se peuden usar para caza en otros paises se usan y son muy eficientes.

Acquistato da Amazon Warehouse, nella descrizione era indicato che il pacchetto presentava qualche segno. Effettivamente quando è arrivato c'era un bozzo sul fondo della scatolina in metallo che però non crea alcun problema per l'apertura e la chiusura. Il prodotto all'interno è perfettamente integro e fatto molto bene.Ho provato i pallini sul bersaglio e ho notato che sono molto precisi anche con vento forte, la penetrazione (in una tavola) è inferiore rispetto ad altri con la punta ma si deformano maggiormente quando colpiscono il bersaglio.Prodotto ottimo, sicuramente per fare un po di tiro a segno come lo faccio io sono troppo cari, meglio acquistare qualcosa di più economico.Eventualmente andrebbero bene per la caccia, peccato che in Italia sia proibita la caccia con la carabina e inoltre servirebbe una potenza superiore a 7.5 joule per la quale necessita il porto d'armi.Ricapitolando...... se volete precisione e alta deformazione questi pallini sono perfetti......... se vi divertite come me a sparare a barattoli e bersagli di carta allora li sconsiglio per via del prezzo.

Diese Diabolos von H&N sind die Prezisesten die ich je hatte habe schon einige gehabt , Umarex, Geco,usw...Die sind echt ihr Geld Wert ! Kein veriehen oder ähnliches, habe Gestern in der Dämerung mal ein Magazin getestet, 10m mit meiner Walther CP 88, stehend mit einer Hand . Von 8 Schuss 2mal die 8 ins schwarze, 2mal die 7 ins schwarze 1 mal 6 ins schwarze 2 mal 5 ,und einen 4er . (Zielscheiben von Gamo).Kann nur sagen echt super Diabolos !!!Und das Gewicht von 62g was diese haben, ist für meine Walther kein problem auf 10 Meter .1 A !

Using a Gamo Swarm .117/1300fps with these, my rifle likes these and really the best pellet I’ve used with it. I zero @25yrds for pest control and I’m punching 10 pellets 1/4 inch groups.Thanks.
