The book ends are really nice with good detail
First set turned up very quickly but were unfortunately damaged in transit, the company were very quick to rectify the problem, we just returned the damaged goods at our local morrisons who have the collection box's and less than a week later the new set turned up. The book ends are really nice with good detail, heavy enough to hold quite a few books and my 18month old really loves them as she is a big elephant and giraffe fan. Look great on her shelf, really tidied it up.

These bookends are beautifully made Study non slip base I’m sure they will look lovely on my granddaughters bedroom shelf holding all her books in place.Really really pleased

Lovely book-ends, great for a safari/jungle-themed room
Very attractive book-ends. I thought they were quite heavyweight (relatively speaking), but now I have more large baby books on the shelves I can see why that's necessary.Every time I walk past these they make me smile. Definitely recommend!

Matches theme lovely, little light though.
Lovely looking bookends that suit the nursery theme perfectly, could do with having a bit more weight in them to prevent them being pushed along the shelf with bigger books, luckily some industrial velcro solved that. Otherwise i would just put less books on the shelf.

Ok, but could be better made
I was really disappointed by these, not because they are dreadful, but because they looked great and have failed to deliver. To explain: they are made of some particle board, and in places, especially round the palm tree it hasn't been cut out neatly, the painting is lacking in small parts, and the colours are dull, not vibrant. So, if you can get these at a good price and don't expect a lot, you should be pleased, but I wouldn't pay a lot and hope for an amazing product. The best thing about these is that they are painted on both sides, which at least makes each book end reversible, handy if you need 2 on the same end!
