Bad for reflux or GERD
I got these as a promotion with another DKA purchase. The strong mint odor and taste of the capsules borders on caustic. You have to take these with a lot of food or you'll burp them throughout the day. Was left with the impression that they irritated my throat and exacerbated reflux. There are other probiotics that are gentler and can be taken on an empty stomach.
