Excellent customer service
I have a 2 star review because the battery life is only about 2 days. I asked the company to update the product specification to clearly state that the battery lasts 2-3 days. They have promptly made the appropriate changes. They are very prompt in follow up and deserve 5 star for excellent customer service

My cat could not carry this weight and fell
This may work for dogs but it is not for small cats.1. The collar is too big in size and does not fit cats. It was more than 3 times the neck size of my cat who is average in build.2. The material of the collar is plastic with sharp edges, which is not comfortable to wear.3. I shortened the length and still went ahead and tried it. My cat lost his sense of balance because this thing has a lot of weight for a cat. Whoever designed this has probably never been with cats or not tried this on a cat.4. He continued walking around tipsy like someone who has had too much, until the only safe option was to remove it.5. Also the device comes with a charger cable. If this device needs charging, how is it going to be effective when I am out on travels and the cats are left in someone else's care?All in all, an absolute waste of money.

Inaccurate grossly location
The location tracking is way off mark by over 1.5Kms. Not suitable for tracking pets. It should be removed from Amazon.

Amazing quality , less precision error
This is a great tracker for pets who need to go outside.This has worked amazingly on my cat who is not very big.He feels comfortable and it has a long battery life that last 2-4 days if kept on sleep mode.This allows me to easily find him.The only slight issue is that it doesn’t update location sometimes for a few mins.This issue mainly depends on network.Also it is easy to install and connect.The customer service team id amazing

I recently purchased the Fetaca Smart GPS Collar for my Indie breed cat, and it has been performing exceptionally well. The collar is lightweight enough for my cat to wear comfortably without any issues. I did encounter a couple of minor problems with the app, but their customer support team on WhatsApp was extremely helpful and resolved my concerns promptly.
