Great for making the Inspectors Happy!
The product is very runny. You also have to use a new hose that is longer to be able to use the complete can. The trigger is very awkward to use. Buy about 50% or more than you need to make sure you have enough, cover everything and watch out where you walk. But it definitely makes the fire Marshal Happy.

This stuff is the worst!!! Does not work!
The fire foam is garbage. Out of the box of 12 only 1 can dispensed foam and it was too runny to stay in place. The rest had no aerosol to push the foam out. We followed the directions to the letter and no joy! This has cost me and my project time and now money because THIS CRAP CAN'T BE RETURNED! So, I'm out $400.00 +! Don't waste your time or money with this product!

Best firestop foam
This is the best possible fire rated foam you can buy. It gives more per can compared to the tube type from the big guys. Some of these reviews are misleading because adding a piece of flexible tubing in place of the plastic one solves the reach close to the ceiling issue. I added a photo for reference. I did a flame test in the backyard on a piece of cured product and it doesn’t catch. The foam was used in my home during remodels to give added comfort in case of a fire. If the can sits around a long time it’s true the dispenser doesn’t work the same as a fresh can. Lesson learned on that for sure. Otherwise it does the job at a value price.

Excelent Smoke and Draft Product with 1 & 2 Hr UL Systems
I bought this material for a smoke and draft foam. After I did more research I found out that this foam has 1 and 2 hour UL Classified Systems. I tried to burn this material but it just kept putting out my flame. The other foams I had kept burning. This stuff is great! Can be used for Residential and Commercial buildings.I found more information at [...] and [...]

Doesn't work!
I tried this product & it appeared to work initially so I removed all 3 levels of scaffolding from my newly re-sided home. 24 hours later it started melting & leaked out creating a large pink stalactite that dripped down my new siding. What good is fireproofing that can't get hot? Company would not even refund me! Worst purchase this year!

... lot of expanding foam products and this was the worst I have used
As a contractor I have used a lot of expanding foam products and this was the worst I have used. I only bought it because it had the rating that the inspector required. It is really expensive compared to what is available at Home Depot etc. The first three seconds it had presure but then started to ooze out slowly, all four cans did the same thing. Since I had half my work at the ceiling and the straw is made only for easy access I was not able to use it where it was required which is where most conduits are located. Since you need to invert the can and the straw is 90 degrees to the can, its not possible to get near the ceiling without risking breaking the straw. The straw kept falling off because you can't tighten it. I have half full cans since the pressure declined so fast. My inspector is now allowing me to use another brand at 1/8 the price and at most local stores which has reserve pressure and an angled straw. I recommend not buying this product.
