I will purchase this again and again. I purchased this to increase my breast milk supply. It’s a high quality powder and mixes really well in everything I’ve used it for. I personally can’t drink it, it’s too potent of a flavor. However I bake everything with it, so I get to enjoy baked goods and my milk supply pretty much doubled and thickened when I consumed it everyday. We now have ducks and they need a lot of niacin to develop properly, well this stuff did just that for them. We added it to their food everyday and our birds are very healthy and strong. Definitely recommend!!

Used this to increase and establish my milk supply after giving birth. I read online about this product and it seemed to work well for me! The size of the package was enough to last me awhile with daily use. The texture is a bit grainy but did not notice a strong taste. I added it to a brownie recipe and did not notice a difference in flavor. Highly recommend this brand to those looking to try brewers yeast.

I can not reccomend this enough. This is the only thing I have found that actually boosts my milk supply. I've added it to smoothies and snacks. My favorite is to add it to oatmeal, peanut butter energy balls and chocolate chip cookies. I use this to make treats for friends who are nursing as well. I don't think it changes the taste of whatever you put it in.

Anecdotally, with my first breastfeeding experience I struggled with supply and had to supplement for the entire three months I did it. My second time around I made myself lactation balls for snacks and one month in I’ve maintained a fairly consistent oversupply of 1-2oz per feed. I have struggled with clogged ducts though. I don’t know if the brewer’s yeast actually affected or influenced that, but it’s been my experience. Other than that, it doesn’t have much of a taste or smell to me and the price was reasonable for the amount so it’s worth a try for lactating people!

Love this product, helps me produce milk. Only thing is, it isn’t flavorless, it doesn’t taste the best but works and it’s worth it.

I’m not certain that I’ve noticed a dramatic impact on my milk from this. It’s definitely not flavorless, a concerted effort was made, but it absolutely has a very strong flavor. It does not dissolve in hot or cold liquids, and it will sit at the bottom of whatever you’re drinking and then you have to drink silt liquid to get it all once you’re down to the bottom of your cup. It mixes decently in smoothies, but you need to have a lot of strong fruit to mask the smell and taste. I tried the brand Kate Neutrals as well and again, I can’t vouch towards efficacy, but it doesn’t taste as bad. I do appreciate that it is all made in America, but I’m not sure if I will be buying this product again.

Interesting taste. The product is finely milled and dissolves easily. Easy to add to a smoothie but you still taste it a little. It is easy to stomach and the taste isn’t repulsive. It just takes a little getting used to
