I’ve been using this pretty much nonstop since I got it over a week ago. I’ve been canning and dehydrating and this chopper is phenomenal. I’ve done peppers and onions and now I’m moving onto potatoes. It’s easy to clean up just be careful not to catch your fingers on any of the sharp areas. If you want cubes, you have to slice whatever you’re putting in the chopper so it makes a cube and not long fry shaped cut.
