It took time to assemble and had to flip two panels around as there is no instructions to which way they are supposed to be facing. Trust me if you have holes on the outside of the box, it is incorrectly installed. Once finished it looks great and is very functional. The latches close easily and everything is aligned and beautiful.The new crates since it is very long and to accomadate space is also being used as a TV stand. Holds a 65" TV, Xbox and Playstation along with a few other items. The crate is very sturdy and heavy, and won't be getting moved around.My 70lb babies love it. In the back I used the two bottom panels of old crates until I get a piece of plywood prepped and painted to keep all wiring safe.

Very sturdy and well made. Instructions are a little lacking and it's easy to have to redo steps, but no big deal. The quality is very nice, though there are some metal "chips" and what looks like a nut rattling arround inside the frame. Since this is so heavy once put together I don't expect to be moving it and hearing the rattle often. Given the price of comparable products , this was a great buy.

As stated in a lot of the reviews, the instructions have a lot to be desired! It was a mess trying to figure things out but once we did, we ditched the instructions and finished it our way. The product is very sturdy. It is very roomy for my two girls. I have a cattle dog and a staff and both are quite comfortable. We mainly use it for sleep. I am quite pleased with the purchase and the reviews were spot on.

We habe a king Charles Cavalier (6) and a husky mix (18 months). The younger one has chewed through two wire and one mesh kennel, door frames and every corner of the house. This kennel is perfect for her aside from bending the little ring the first day and flipping the latch open from the inside. She’s now secure (buy a carabiner)!

I was so excited for this item just to be utterly disappointed. I wasn't even able to get it put together. The metal rails had chips and rust, the bag of bolts and pieces was literally that a bag full and with rust residue all over the inside of the bag and no instructions at all. What would be the bottom of the item showed evidence of prior use (clumps of animal hair, mud, smears, etc). When I pay that kind of money for a product I expect to receive unused and in new condition product. Initiated the return right then and there with a full refund because I'm not risking getting someone else's used return again; not for that price!

Exactly what I expected. Not too terribly hard to assemble just a little trial and error. The bolts come in three sizes and instructions were a little vague. Took me about three hours to assemble by myself. I have faith my pups will be secure in it!Disappointment there is no tray under the slats or in the kennel. I will have to buy something additional to be sure any accidents don’t end up on my floor.

I had to re-do several steps because the instructions were not clear enough on alignment of pieces, and still ended up with misalignment of the left and right crates. The side doors are on opposite sides and the the two crates are not fully connected. This is not a case of me not knowing what I'm doing, I am chief assembler of this kind of stuff in the house.The locks are complicated with the additional awkward O ring that will annoy my fumble-fingers partner, so I need to find an alternate solution for that. Or I will garbage this expensive piece and get a different crate option. It looks nice if you don't notice the wood top covers are slightly misaligned.

This crate is perfect for my 5 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels . I was looking for a crate that my dogs could see out on the backside since it was going in front of a floor to ceiling window. Directions to assemble this crate was not good. DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS and luckily we didn’t
