Bought a blush brush at Walmart, but the handle was so long it kept getting in the way. And the brush was flimsy making application difficult. This has a great feel super soft but firm. Love this brush! I wear makeup every day. I'm 72. If you want your makeup to look right use these brushes. Their really exceptional.

Needed an allover face brush to use with baked foundation, and this was one of the ones recommended. It was a good price, and I like the fact that it closes into itself - I think this helps keep the brush's shape, as well as keeps the bathroom counter and my makeup bag clean while travelling. It opens to a nice full size, and is soft, but firm enough to apply enough foundation quickly. In the time I have had it, I have not noticed much shed bristles, either as with other brushes I have owned.

Nice for a travel makeup brush, but the chemical smell takes weeks to disappear. I left the cover off to let it air out; it took a long time.

I love this brush. Low price but not quality. Easy to use and has soft but firm bristles. No notice of any shedding.

I decided to try these because they retract and store nicely in their self-contained case. I just don't like my brushes rubbing against other things and bending bristles over time. ... That brings me to the bristles on these. They are soft and fluffy enough but not weirdly wimpy. They load with makeup nicely (if you apply the makeup to the brush) and they also give up the make up well, meaning my makeup doesn't get worked in the bristles, it applies to my face smoothly. This is true if I apply makeup to my face to then work with it, or apply the makeup to the brush to work with. ... (I've thrown away rather a lot of brushes that attract the makeup to the bristles and not my face. I am pleased with these and would recommend.

This was a great addition to my make up kit. It worked excellently for a wedding. I like that it is compact, and it is easy to travel with. It is soft and does the job!

This is one of the best brushes I have ever bought. Love the way it has a top that goes on and keeps it clean. I use it for blending and I have one for blush. Very nice size and great value. I would buy it again!
