great item for SAD use.
Easy to manage, portable timer great idea, does the job for me.

I really like it.
The media could not be loaded. It actually so soothing somehow to have this on. It doesn't hurt your eyes or anything and I genuinely just like having it on, has 4 brightness levels 3 different colours it not cordless. It feels really premium and the light is really bright and illuminated all the room. Couldn't see how much watts it spend tho as there's no label on the package or on the Manuel. Can be controlled via a controller or yourself Manuelly through the front 3 silent buttons. I tested out the timer mode all of them and they turn off exactly at what time it states. Has no problem whatsoever. I'd really recommend it as its also really aesthetically pleasing.
