Edited to add—- set is doing great. Some fade on the cushions from direct sun…but my fault for not covering/protecting them. Also, rattan on the storage box got hard and cracked…also my fault for not protecting from the sun. I contacted manufacturer and they sent me a new storage box lid for $30. So that was awesome! Still recommend after 1.5 yearsSo far it’s great! We’ve owned for about a week. Here are the key points I would’ve wanted to know-comes in 3 boxes, all arrived on different days but almost a week earlier than amazon predicted. When I thought one box was missing the company emailed me the tracking number in under 24 hrs from my inquiry.- easy to put together, especially with 2 people, took about 2 hours. All holes line up easily if you follow instructions. Recommend using a drill with a Allen key bit, cuts time way down. My 7 & 9 yr old built two chairs all by themselves with the drill it was that easy.- The cushions are comfortable and the color is great, but they are just a little slicker/cheaper feeling material than I imagined. But I am happy with the quality For the price and would order again. also love that they can all zip off for cleaning. They are not slippery on the couch or to sit on.- GREAT SIZE! Our family of 6 fits comfortably and even grandma and grandpa can join us & we all still fit. The seats are high enough for my 6 ft husband and short enough for my 5 ft self. They are just the right depth too. My husband can even fully lay down on the long section.- Having the box in the corner for cushions is great. It’s well made and has a lining bag. I don’t know if it fits all cushions, I haven’t tried since we live in a very mild climate environment. It’s a nice place to set drinks and snacks too.- The “wicker” itself gets hot to the touch in the sun (not enough you need to remove your hand, just hot) but the cushions do not feel hot to the touch in the sun.Will update if anything changes but so far would definitely recommend for this price point!

The media could not be loaded. I cannot rave how beautiful this set looks in my backyard. It is comfortable good quality material somewhat easy to put together but the holes match. You can figure it out someone who’s handy like my husband. You can figure it out. as I sit, it feels sturdy comfortable makes my seating area look very elegant and mature. The price was very fair considering how much I paid for my last set and it didn’t last as long as I thought for the amount of money I spent on it so I decided to check out Amazon and found this piece of beauty And great customer service by the way.

I purchased this furniture about a month ago and have used it multiple times since. it came in multiple boxes over multiple days so I didn't have to put everything together at once, Assembly was super easy although the directions weren't the best. the furniture looks good and feels sturdy. My only con is that the storage box only fits the sofa and love seat cushions. it does not have room for the pillows. overall it's a good set for the money.

This set is perfect. Exactly as pictured. It will ship out in multiple boxes, that will likely be delivered within a few days of each other. Customer service was exceptional when I reached out with a question about the shipping. They were also kind enough to inquire about another order I had. Very pleased and it's so comfortable. They storage cube is a nice bonus.

There were some challenges to work through on receiving and assembling this set, for sure. The set came in 3 boxes, two of which arrived a few days prior to the other box. Boxes were shipped partially by UPS and partially by FedEx- I only received one tracking number for FedEx which Amazon listed as for UPS, so a bit confusing. Unfortunately, the two first boxes received were also duplicates. I contacted the company and they shipped me the second box and issued a call tag for the duplicate to be picked up; it was a fairly smooth return/exchange process. It did take a while for the correct box to be shipped from the warehouse, which is agonizing when you're anxious to use your new patio furniture in the middle of the summer. :) When I received the final box and put the furniture together, there were 2 defective cushion covers. I contacted the company and they sent new ones with minimal hassle- again, it did take some time to receive the replacements though.I would 100% buy from this company again based on my experience with their customer service. Although there was some delay in exchanged email communication due to time differences, they were great in coordinating the replacements to issues experienced. It's always somewhat of a headache to deal with the "rework" associated with sending back items and waiting for replacements, but mistakes and defects do happen and they addressed the issues effectively.As far as the set, I love the royal blue color and have gotten quite a few compliments on it. There is quite a bit of furniture for the money, and it's super comfortable. I did knock one star off of "sturdiness" for the storage bin, which could use a redesign. The bottom of it is made of cheap plastic Coroplast-type material, and it will not likely survive for an extended period of time. It's also advertised as waterproof, which is kind of a stretch even with the insert fully zippered shut. Honestly without the storage bin it's still a really great deal and I'm glad I selected this one.

It is a very nice set and amazing for the price! It’s comfortable and sturdy and I love how you can arrange the set however you like. I also love that it comes with storage and covers!! We paired it with our fire pit table and we’ve had some very cozy nights out there. It came in 3 boxes. I put the first chair together on my own and it took about 45 minutes. My husband put the rest together and it did take most of the day. It’s not that it’s hard, but the instructions only have a small picture and no words and the screws aren’t labeled , so you had to compare sizes. Once you get the hang of it though it’s not bad. Overall absolutely love it!
