This piece of kit is amazing
I got one from Amazon that was faulty, but the replacement was quick and seamless. This piece of kit is amazing. I used it for worship at church and it is a nice addition. Once you know how to work with it is really helpful. Definitely recommended.

BeadBuddy for Live music
I used the BeatBuddy in a live performance triggering intro, stops, starts and fills. It was the perfect accompaniment and unlike a real drummer, it kept perfect time. Maybe they should have another setting that fades in and out of time to be more authentic .... joke !

Great pedal, horrible web support.
This pedal is an excellent idea and it works very well. If you buy one however, you will soon realise that there are not many useable beats supplied, so you will either have to buy some or make them yourself and this is where things becomes difficult. The website is terrible with many broken links and it took me a long time to find that there is no user manual for the current version of their complex pc/mac software. You can buy beats in groups for $5 so I found myself paying $5 for one beat I wanted and 9 that I didn't. For a pedal costing £300 This level of after purchase support is unacceptable.

Screen problem
The pedal has great sounds and has a robust construction, but after very little home studio use, the screen/display has gone, making it useless to use. Checking web forums, this has happened to others with no immediate solution..Very disappointing RSW UK

Good value for money
Very useful drum machine in a pedal. The basic menu provides a good enough selection to find sequences to match most songs if you spend the tone to find them. I bought the ancillary foot switch which is useful, although one of the buttons was loose when it arrived and needed fixing. Would be more versatile with the additional packages I suspect but that makes it expensive.

The software for downloading sounds & transfering to pedal is clunky and awkward,
and not easy to understand for non-software people. The software is good for editing the drum tracks but not so good for uploading to the pedal. The videos are not clear in as much as they're not detailed enough and move too fast. Moreover the narrator is a non- English mother tongue and tends to speak too quickly using a mix of Americanisms and proper English, making explanations more difficult so one has to concentrate to understand. Nightmare for me, and I came close to binning it.
