The media could not be loaded. Update: The seller reached out to me a got me a replacement very quickly!So initially I loved it and gave 5 stars. It’s a great size and worked great. I used it a hand full of times since I bought it. But this last time I used it I got through one hand and then it started to glitch. It would speed up on its own and then started to get hot. It was fully charged. Then started to make a beeping noise and pulse spin. It was states there was a warranty on it plus there was an extended warranty I filled out after it was purchased. I tried multiple times to contact someone from melody Susie and haven’t received any response after a month or two. Very disappointed.

It was my first time using a nail drill ever( as you can see by my red cuticles😅. The drill is pretty awesome and easy to use for inexperienced beginner as myself. With one charge I have managed to take off my old gel, do the manicure and pedicure with it and even then it had a charge, but the indicator was red. I didn’t cut myself even once, I guess I need to learn how to use it properly so my cuticles don’t look so rubbed on, but it’s definitely possible with this device . I don’t know why did I put off buying this miracle device, but I’m super happy I got it.

it’s a good drill it’s really fast tho the lowest setting is a 1 and it’s too fast and it goes up to 25

I recently bought a new one after loosing my cost one due to a flood. Its been sitting in the box well because life gets busy. Today I opened it and plugged it using the provided cable for a full charge. I am using it tonight to do my nails and the machine while on just randomly stops running power still on. It takes about 5 to 7 minutes after turning it off and back on before it'll start running again. This has become very frustrating as I love all my melodysusie products.
