This product works. I have shoulder, hip and back pain and this product has relieved the pain in all 3 areas. I highly recommend. It's easy to use, doesn't leak through to your clothes or bedding and I woke up pain free the next morning after applying the pad at night. Very satisfied!

Very convenient way to make a small castor oil pack! Just be careful not to use too much oil, or it will run, and then the adhesive won’t stick.

I slept with this on my belly and it was so painful to remove in the morning, I could barely get it off and so much glue was stuck to my skin. I doused a paper towel with alcohol to try to break through the glue, then applied a bit more castor oil since I noticed it was going raw and still not loosening up. I went into the shower and scrubbed with strong soap and a sponge, and then even after all of this my pants and underwear stuck to the glue and it was so painful to remove. I went into the ocean to try to soak it off and showered again. Now I have a rash in the form of a square on my belly, and my skin is STILL STICKY. Do not sleep in these and definitely make sure your skin is super moisturized if you choose to use these pads.

It is a good product, but I think that you should put a warning label on it,. Because the adhesive is to strong, it can pull your skin off.
