Not as Strong as Expected
I don’t know if it makes a difference in the method of brewing this coffee, but to me, it is a little weak in taste. I am using a Keurig single cup reusable filter, paper liner, and about one tablespoon of coffee. I am using 6 ounces of non-tap water. Usually, when I brew coffee, my kitchen smells like a coffee shop. However, with this coffee, there’s really no aroma. Also, the coffee isn’t very strong as it doesn’t keep me awake. There’s no mention of the amount of caffeine in the label. For me to pay the price of this 8 ounce bag, it has to be strong enough to keep me awake. Conclusion: Coffee is weak tasting to me. I gave it 3 stars rating, because it just didn’t impress me very much. If you like coffee that’s not strong, then this may be your choice. Keep in mind there’s only 8 ounces in the order (Each bag may last only 2-3 brews if using a regular size coffeemaker).

Good medium flavor
I do not consider this a strong flavored coffee as another reviewer stated, but I am using a minimum measurement of grounds and doing the pour over method, so that may have something to do with it. To my taste, it has a nice mellow medium flavor with just a touch of bitterness to it. It is a little more bitter than a cheaper brand of store-bought coffee I usually get, but not so much to be a problem, and I got used to it quickly. It comes with an inner bag that is not re-closeable, and neither is the outer burlap one, so it will need a different way to store it. It does taste very fresh though. The only deterrent to getting this again would be the price, as it is rather on the hefty side, so for now it would have to be an occasional splurge for me.

"OK" coffee, but extremely expensive
I wanted the 100% Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee because I drink a lot of coffee and like to purchase new things. Overall the coffee is perfectly fine coffee, but there is nothing special about it. The biggest problem with the coffee is the price. For how expensive this coffee is for the small amount you receive you would expect this to be fantastic coffee or at least offering something unique but to me it isn't any better than cheap grocery store coffee. I would not purchase this again.

Not good coffee
I'm was surprised that this coffee has almost no flavor. I tried it making it as I always do and tried making it extra strong and it was no good either way and I am somewhat of a connoisseur of coffee. My girlfriend says it tastes like water. I do not recommend this product.

Decent medium roast
This is a truly decent medium roast coffee from Jamaica. Unlike your typical medium roast, this one stands out for its noticeable smoothness and balance. I enjoyed this coffee every morning for about two weeks. It has slightly more acidity than your average medium roast, but that's perfectly fine because the added fruitiness in this medium roast was a refreshing change for me. Moreover, it boasts a richness that resembles a dark roast, which I found quite appealing.Overall, I found this coffee (when prepared as a pour-over) to be superior in many aspects compared to others. However, I must admit that the price of $78 per pound is quite extraordinary, making it the most expensive coffee I've ever had. Additionally, I wish it came in whole bean form rather than pre-ground to preserve the freshness of the beans a bit longer. It's also important to consider the grind coarseness for different brewing methods. For those using a regular drip coffee machine, it's worth noting that this pre-ground coffee works well for that purpose. Just a friendly FYI.

Taste is quite good, but too expensive.
I have no issue with this coffee, it is a smooth, balanced flavor with no bitterness. The quality seems high and it smells quite good.My issue is that it is currently listed at around $38 for 8 oz. That's $76 per pound. It better knock my socks off for that much and it does not.

Great flavor
The coffee has a nice, strong flavor. It's not too bitter or too sweet. They roasted and ground the coffee just the right amount.

Delicious but expensive.
This coffee tastes great, but the price is insane. I understand it's hand-selected and produced in small batches, but I don't think it stands out enough from other, lower-priced artisanal coffees to be worth it.At the end of the day, it's all about the taste, but that's the thing—it's just coffee. It's not even the best cup of coffee I've ever had, which I would expect in this price range.
