Wonderful for nausea.
Last year an internet search on home remedies for nausea/indigestion lead me to try simmering peeled, minced fresh ginger. I was thrilled with how well it worked and how quickly. Always happy to find a natural alternative to drugstore potions whenever possible, so yay! and buh-bye, nasty pink liquid and gross, hard-to-choke-down chalky tablets. Personally, I love the slightly lemony, peppery 'bite' of ginger so that's a bonus as well. The problem with the fresh ginger is that it's not something I use every day and therefore a lot goes to waste and I've found that the quality of the roots available in local stores can vary a great deal from store to store and from one shopping trip to the next and - unfortunately - I can't always tell the good from the bad and the ugly until AFTER I've gotten it home and peeled, minced, and even sometimes tasted. The time/labor element of peeling, mincing and simmering for 15 minutes and the subsequent clean up of cookware and utensils is also something nice to avoid when not feeling well.Having been happy with other varieties of Traditional Medicinals tea in the past, I picked up a box of this at the store fully expecting it to be much inferior to the fresh but was very pleasantly surprised to find that not the case at all. I love this tea! Brewed covered for 13-15 minutes in a pre-warmed mug, it comes out still warm. Not exactly the same peppery intensity of the fresh and sadly lacking any real hint of lemon, it's still very good-tasting in its own right. Plus, it's always handy, don't have to worry about spoilage and it's portable. It also works very, very quickly to relieve the occasional nausea and to aid digestion when I've overeaten or eaten something a little too greasy/spicy for me. It also seems to work well in heading off potential problems when consumed shortly before a meal. So happy when I can get relief from the pantry instead of the medicine cabinet. The price for the six pack here represents a considerable saving from my grocer's occasional sale price, too, so what's not to love?

This is a true story- excellent pain reliever
I chose this brand because of its high quality tea and fair trade policy. I had one cup and discovered I don't like the taste. So in my pantry sat 6 boxes of tea. Then, over a period of a couple months, I started getting unexplained, gradually increasing pain everywhere. It was soft tissue pain, joint pain, foot pain, and swelling in my legs. It was in my arms, my legs, my hands and my feet and my coccyx. And there was no identifiable cause.I did my best to figure it out and the stuff i did helped: shoe inserts, compression stockings and sleeves, elevating my feet, sitting on pillows while i drove, paying close attention to my sleeping position, guided meditation while I slept, quitting junk food, changing my workouts.Everything I did helped some of the pain some of the time. Sometimes I was winning, sometimes I was losing. But I was most definitely scared about what was happening to my body because I was always, always hurting. The mornings were the worst, sometimes I'd be near tears from feeling helpless to fix it.So, I figured I try the ginger tea for its anti inflammatory and circulation boosting properties. Another tool in my anti pain toolbox.I had started intermittent fasting, so for dinner I had a double strength (2 tea bags) cup of the tea. I didn't like the taste at all, but drank it anyway. The next day I woke up in less pain. I couldn't be sure if it was a coincidence. But I definitely had decreased pain most of the day.I drank the tea for dinner again. The next day i definitely had even further reduction of all over pain.3rd night. Tea for dinner. 3rd morning I woke up to NO pain. I could walk, reach, stretch all without pain. My pain level during the day has gone from a range of 4-8 out of 10, to a range of 0-4, with mostly 2s and 3s!I 100% believe that combining intermittent fasting with this high quality ginger tea is the reason why I'm finally winning this fight against the pain.Tonight is night number 4. I just had my tea for dinner. I feel so much joy and confidence that tomorrow will be a day of low pain, so I'm here to review this product out of gratefulness.

Best Ginger Teas I have tried
I tried this tea at my daughter's a while back. It has a strong ginger flavor which I like. I just bought a bunch boxes so I would have a consistent supply. Other ginger tea I have tried from the grocery store (our grocery does not carry the ginger version of this brand), seem weak and lacking taste. I drink it for the flavor and to settle my stomach. If you like a strong ginger flavor, you can't go wrong with this brand.

Love
Apparently saying too many good things is a community violation, so I’ll just leave you with this is a great tea. I love it.

MIRACLE PRODUCT FOR ACID REFLUX AND DIGESTION PROBLEMS
Calling all ACID REFLUX SUFFERERS! This tea will change your life! I have LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux) which is a widely misdiagnosed form of acid reflux. I heard that ginger might help but had a terrible time finding an organic ginger tea that didn't have mint (makes LPR worse), citric acid (duh! acid!) or licorice (again - bad bad bad). This is 100% organic quickly brewing ginger (3-5 minutes in boiling water. Be careful not to brew it too strong. I started out brewing it strong and it was too harsh and didn't help much. I usually only brew about 3 1/2 minutes which for me is just right). Buying it by the case on Amazon saved me about 40% off buying it by the box in the grocery store. I drink a cup 15 minutes before each meal and a cup before bed and VOILA! No more mucus! If I eat something that turns out to cause a reaction, I quick brew a cup or two and drink it as soon as I start to feel symptoms and they lessen and go away in about 2 hours. I no longer have to hide to clear my throat because I have to gag or make gurgly noises. Its wonderful! You will never regret buying and using this. Oh - it helps with simple indigestion and nausea as well.
