Its worth its value. Easy to assemble, easy to use and it’s perfect to use everyday. The quality of the material is very good but the magnet for the little timer isn't as strong but I don't mind it at all as I don't use it on the product as much.

The media could not be loaded. Most important thing is this item helping you while working out. I am after birth now 4,5 years not working out and struggling to get back to my previous shape. I tried it works very well. Timer also works and there is little place you can put your phone, which I don’t need but still looks stylish. It is coming with a little pad to protect your knees while working out. I recommend this item to anyone who like to workout alone and struggling doing ABS. Great item. Easy to assemble but timer don't work

Assembling the roller was a breeze, and using it feels quite comfortable. However, the phone holder design misses the mark for those hoping to view their screen during workouts, rendering it almost redundant. Another hiccup is the timer attachment, which is magnetically secured but tends to detach too easily, compromising its reliability. Additionally, the inclusion of a motion counter on the timer would have been a beneficial feature, particularly for tracking Ab exercises. While not essential for every exercise, such as planks, it would certainly enhance the overall functionality during targeted Ab workouts.

Sturdy, used and couldnt move next day. Really works, good for those with weak wrist like me so8 can't use the ones like a wheel with handles.

I followed all the instructions and thought this is good till I went to put on the hand part and there was noway this was going to fit, tried every thing , but no way was this going to fit. Would not recommend this.

Easy to assemble and use , abs roller doing what it’s supposed to do.Plastic made but sturdy .It is gentle on the shoulders and wrists but strengthens the abdominal muscle .So far so good .

Works really well, and does exactly what you would expect.
