DeWalt DT9578QZ 16 x 160mm Extreme 2 SDS-Plus Drill Bit

I've put this drill bit to good use over the last year and it's still going strong. Goes through brick and stone with ease and it's nice and long, so if you're screwing a thick piece of timber to a wall, you can pre-drill the timber, then get it exactly lined-up by putting the masonry bit through the timber and drilling straight into the wall. I'd buy this again, but might not need to, as it's holding up very well.

In the description it says the point in the center of the bit makes it easy for centering when drilling. The design makes it more difficult to keep centered when starting off than a normal fully tapered bit. Otherwise a good drill.

If you fix back boxes, red plugs, fixing anchors 6mm don’t arse around with 5:5 bits get 6mm and one off these there bomb proof hard as nails been fixing banding to ceilings 3mm off steel then concrete behind that hundreds off holes 🕳️ drilled with dewalt sds its still going other bits sds wasn’t lasting five holes without breaking or bending there hands down the best bits I’ve bought

Bought this because it’s an odd size and I have ended up using it.As usual Dewalt is worth paying that bit extra for.

Just what I needed to fit some concrete thunderbolts into brickwork to hold a pcv door frame. The drill bit went through the brickwork like it was butter using my sds. Good quality drill bit you can see it's made to last would definitely recommend and already looking to buy some other sizes of the same drill bit as was impressed with their performance.

Está broca tem um material bom , porém não veio gravada como dewalt e sem germani , isso me deixou em dúvida pois as demais que tenho estão com a gravura dewalt próximo ao encaixe sds , porém o case de embalagem veio como dewalt , dúvidas pelas que comprei anteriormente

Essa é uma broca para alcançar lugares difíceis. Fabricação alemã, ótimo aço. Merece atenção ao ser manuseada e guardada para que não entorte.
