The lotion arrived brown, gritty, disgusting smelling, and it burned my skin where I did a patch test! I thought from the product description and images, that this was a lotion to follow the serums, but it feels much more like a very harsh exfoliator, and isn't clear or white, it's a rather unpleasant looking brown/green colour. And the smell is just offensive. But, since this has such great reviews, I'm thinking I got a bad batch? Either way, I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Opening the package, the 2 serum boxes looked absolutely busted; the boxes were folded, bent, and ripped. Niacinamide looked especially bad and had a missing " -????- Do Not Separate" sticker where none of the other boxes had the other half of the sticker. Then opening it, the Niacinamide appeared to be 1/4 gone or used whereas the HA was full. Gross.

My products arrived soaked and broken. shattered glass inside. Product everywhere.
