This is the second time I bought this toilet paper holder, it's perfect. I installed it vertically, I saw it in a hotel once and I liked the idea. I'm no DIY expert at all, it took me about 10-15 minutes to put this on - if I can do it, anyone can. The only thing I'd say is that the plastic wall plugs that were supplied weren't wide enough for the 6mm hole in the instruction, I used a pair I purchased separately and they fit perfectly. The first holder one is on the wall for a good few months now, still very steady and no loosening at all. Would definitely recommend.

If you are wealthy enough to have Gold or even Gold Platedbathroom accessories then you will not be reading this review.If on the other hand you have just re-decorated your bathroomas I have , and want accessories that look stylish but do notcost too much, then this item looked as if it fitted the bill.It is a quality looking toilet roll holder, but quite fiddlyto fix. Like another reviewer, I found the grub screw awkwardand the spindle or shaft that holds the actual roll was quitewobbly after a few tugs on the toilet roll.I eventually resorted to Hard as Nails to end the wobbles.Opinion : Nice looking item but poorly designed fixings.As my old grandfather used to say, "You pay your money andmake your choice".I would not buy another.

Looks good, hasn't rusted but is ever so slightly loose were the handle looking bit joins the round plate. This doesn't have an impact on how it looks nor does it affect the usage. Probs could be fixed, but it won't bother people who aren't that fussy.

I noticed this after seeing a comparable product for twice the price at John Lewis. For the price it is really good quality and the chrome finish is superb. It is also really easy to fit and even the worst DIY'ers shouldn't have a problem in fitting this. It comes with all fixtures and fittings, all you need is a drill and a spirit level to ensure it is straight. It has added a touch of luxury to my en suite.

Okay - many reviews aren't too impressed with this product. BUT it's only limitation - the screw coming loose is really easy to overcome. All I did was use some Araldite to glue the arm to the backing plate and dribble a little into the screw threads. Once set the glue fills the small voids thus taking up the 'slack', and stops the screw from coming undone. Mine has been in place now for 2 months and is not loose at all. Don't be afraid to buy this - it is a good product, well finished

Ok but a little flimsy

Very happy with this changed all my furniture in the bathroom & like the rest it looks good , i had a lot of pine before its a nice change , Well made have bought a few pieces from this company all pieces arrived on time

Arrived very promptly and the packaging was excellent. Only reason I have given 4 as opposed to 5 stars is that I still have to fit the toilet roll holder but the fittings look good quality so I don't anticipate any problems.
