Well made and easy to install. Used the shorter screws for mounting an EPS. Everything needed was included and it locked up nice and tight on the rail.

It fits a small Holosun 507k perfectly and includes multiple mounting screws, so if you lost yours it's fine! It sits too low on a normal flat top receiver so you will need a riser if that's what you are using it on. For my use it sits at a perfect height though. The adapter itself feels very nice and is heavy in a good way. The machining looks very impressive and looks like it should cost more than it is listed for. My husband torqued the screw to clamp onto the picatinny and it didn't give any sign it was goinf to break. Overall it is a very nice piece to make your optic more versatile!

I have a Ruger Mark III pistol with a Picatinny rail. Originally, I had a Burris Fastfire 3 mounted on it but wanted to switch over to a Holosun 507K X2 which, in my opinion, is a better RDS. Unfortunately, the 507K does not come with a Picatinny mount. Enter the ohhunt plate adapter.The stainless steel pins and screw holes match up perfectly with the 507K resulting in a solid mount. The Picatinny clamp fit perfectly on the rail and locked up tight as well. There is a small amount of blue locking compound on the included screws so I have confidence that the screws will not back out on their own. The spring loaded clamp is a nice feature that makes it easier to attach to the rail. The plate is a little on the thick side so it does raise the sight up where co-witnessing with the iron sights isn't possible. That is not a huge concern for me since this gun is used for range fun and not any kind of self defense scenarios.The only negative I have related to this mount is that there isn't any recoil lid on the underneath side of the mount. The only thing to keep this from moving under recoil is the screw that tightens the clamp. On a 22LR pistol this isn't an issue but I would like to see a separate recoil lug if I were to use this on larger, harder hitting calibers.For the price, this is a great way to add a Holosun 407K/507K to a firearm that isn't cut for optics but is outfitted with a pic rail.

Original review below.-- Original Review --I picked up this Holosun 407/507 compatible mounting plate and a red dot sight that says it fits any Holoson 407/507 mount. Trouble is there is a Holosun 407k and a Holosun 407c... This mount is for the 407k but my sight is a 407c... So lesson learned, the letter at the end of the model number indicates a different size. Guessing one is 'Compact' while the other 'Sub Compact'.Aside from that this mount plate looks good and should work fine (If you have the correct size sight to mount to it).

This Ohunt Mounting Plate is very well built out of steel and is of high quality. It fits Devices that use the 407K, 507K class of mounting plate. Then you place it wherever there is a Picatinny Rail for use. You can even place it on top of a scope for close in shots. I am very happy with this mount.
