Over all I am very pleased with the order. I purchased this knowing I would be paying more than usual for meat. That is ok with me because I chose to spend more on healthy rather than less on unhealthy. The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact the bison had about a 70/30 meat to fat. But to be fair, it’s about the same ratio as the regular steak. All in all, I will definitely purchase this again!

Sometimes I want something other than the same old beef, chicken and pork so I buy game meat for a change. This Co. is one of the best. Fast delivery of meat that is tasty, very well packaged and best of all they use ice packs instead of dry ice. Thank you for this as I refuse to deal with anyone who uses dry ice due to food and meat that was ruined by dry ice that was not properly packed. Will continue to use this Co. in the future.

They are way too thin. Too costly for what you get.

Meat tasted great but the "2" pieces of elk and "2" pieces of venison provided are tiny. They really only count as 1.

I like the meat cause it was thick and cook well and tasted very good

I understand that these meats are not what we buy in a regular grocery store but $165 for only 13lbs of meat is a bit overpriced. I misread and thought I was buying 30 lbs of meat but that weight is the dm weight for shipping. Why put that in the description? I will not buy this product again. The meat is very small cuts.
