I have had good results from this Milk Thistle, Berberine, and Turmeric formula in the past. This herbal formula includes all those natural liver detox agents and more like dandelion and artichoke. There is plenty of science based research to back up the benefits these herbs have on your liver and I like to take a supplement several times a week. Sometimes I can feel the liver supplement the day I take it, sometimes not but that would also depend on your bodies absorbency that day and anything else you have consumed. The dropper works correctly and pulls up exactly 1ml of fluid.

I've been taking various liver detox stuff for a while so I gave this one a shot. It doesn't have a terrible taste or anything. I haven't had any negative side effects, but who knows if it's actually working. Better to try than not, i guess, lol. It just seems a little pricey for what you get.

Unless you are getting blood tests regularly, u will never know if it does anything. Ask a doctor if its worthwhile, i doubt it.

I ordered this Milk-Thistle supplement hoping to minimize any liver damage that may have accrued from taking acetaminophen as prescribed for pain following reconstructive foot surgery. There are a number of other situations that my liver could be compromised from. There are no measurements on the dropper, so you'll need a way to measure the 1ml if you want to be precise. The bottle was nicely packaged in a small box, with seals on both the box and the bottle top.The suggested use is to add 1ml to water or juice. I mixed it with 6 oz of water, which resulted in it dissolving quickly with absolutely no taste. In addition to the primary listed ingredients of milk thistle, berberine, and turmeric, the side of the box also lists additional ingredients in the proprietary blend.

I would consider this to be a good quality supplement that gives me a noticeable positive effect.
