Doesn't work well
First off, these are not foldable as the description states. These grabbers are of not so good quality. When you pull the trigger to grab something and let go it doesn't spring back. Overall, in my opinion, I don't think it's worth it. Poor quality and I so would not pay more than a dollar a piece...I just can't believe how cheaply they feel and work...and for such a high price at twenty five plus dollars, is crazy 😳

The first that I tried, USEFUL!
As the title says, I never had one of these before. Based on some negative reviews that read, I was expecting something not very functional. But to my surprise, this is VERY useful! It is a long grabbing tool that unfortunately it is not expandable as described, maybe the description meant that it extends your reach. In any case, it does not expand, it could have been so much better if the leg was telescopic, but I digress .The claw is cushioned and the design is narrow to fit in tight spaces. At the tip there is a tiny magnet but it is quite weak. The overall length is actually useful. In the short time that has passed since I received my delivery I managed to retrieve several “lost” items that I knew they were lost but I could not get to them. Some were between the closet and the wall, some between the bed and the wall. My bed is heavy and impossible to move on the carpet. I lost several hair forks and a bracelet and now I have them again. This tool is not perfect but it is well built, with an aluminum body and it works. The fact that the claw grabs and doesn’t easily open might be a part of the design.I am very happy with this item and I do recommend it!Thank you

Lightweight reacher
This grabber tool is indeed lightweight as it claims. It is easy to use, though I have my doubts that it could lift something as heavy as it claims (5 pounds). The pulley rope system does work though it seems fragile and the handle can be finicky to use. It sticks sometimes making it seem a bit cheaply made. That said, for my particular needs, this grabber works well. It allows me to access items from the top of my cupboard that I normally cannot access on my own. It allows me the dignity of being able to do things for myself instead of needing to ask for help. If you have limited mobility or are vertically challenged like myself, I would consider purchasing this item. I recommend it.

Cheap construction, grabber sticks
As a guy with destroyed knees, I own several different types of grabbers and have them several places around the house. This one is very cheaply made, and the super-lightweight plastic of the ‘hand squeeze’ handle catches and doesn’t want to open, I assume from a weak spring. For the price, there are much better alternatives out there. *NOT RECOMMENDED*

Works well with magnet tip
I ordered this reacher/grabber for my vertically challenged spouse. We have never owned one before. One thing I want to mention right away is the advertising states it is designed with an expandable tube. Umm, nope. There's nothing that is expandable, nor adjustable. The size of this grabber is fixed. The main body of this tool appears to be made of aluminum, a U tube filled with plastic in between. The handle and trigger are plastic and the claw is actuated by a string that is attached to the trigger. The claw itself is plastic with a rubber or silicone covering. The area on the main body the claw pinches against has a strip of foam, possibly a very stiff memory foam. The tip has a magnet in it and there is a piece sticking straight up at the tip for hooking on things and pulling. So far, besides getting use to using this, it's been working well. It can't be used for anything real heavy, but for what it is, I give 5/5 stars.

ok
Firstly, the initial impression is that this grabber is very light. It does indeed pick up things from the ground as described. However, I have never seen a grabber with such a thin handle, which gives it a somewhat cheap feel, and the grip is not great. The elasticity of the clamp head is also mediocre. Upon closer inspection, the clamping force relies solely on a seemingly ordinary thin rope, and I'm unsure how long this rope will hold up. Considering its price, I believe there are better options available in the same price range.
